Abstract: A machine learning model supported trend detection engine can be available via an application programming interface to business or community planners to evaluate the potential for new plans or ventures. The model can be based upon transaction trends and available merchant data from transactions such as location, time, merchant type, and transactions history longevity from particular retailers. The model can generate a dashboard that shows past performance, predicted future performance, trends, similarity between businesses, and profitability. The new plan or venture can be correlated with other retailers that have been established and successful under a similar model and located near another retailer similar to the new plan or venture.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed in which a user engaging in an online or in-person transaction with a merchant may create automatic expiring transactions for a credit card. The user provides the credit card information to an online interface or a point-of-sale device but specifies an expiration date that is on or before the actual expiration date of the credit card, known as an artificial expiration date. A token for the merchant is generated with the artificial expiration date. The issuing bank will honor the transaction with the artificial expiration date using the merchant-specific token, and the token may continue to be used with the online merchant until the artificial expiration date.

Abstract: Systems and methods enable automated and scalable obfuscation detection in programming scripts, including processing devices that receive software programming scripts and a symbol set. The processing devices determine a frequency of each symbol and an average frequency of the symbols in the script text. The processing devices determine a normal score of each symbol based on the frequency of each symbol and the average frequency to create a symbol feature for each symbol including the normal score. The processing devices utilize an obfuscation machine learning model including a classifier for binary obfuscation classification to detect obfuscation in the script based on the symbol features. The processing devices cause to display an alert indicting an obfuscated software programming script on a screen of a computing device associated with an administrative user to recommend security analysis of the software programming script based on the binary obfuscation classification.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for validating and updating data in a database. In an embodiment, a server may receive an HTML, file including content of a third-party website controlled by a third party from a web-component. The content may include a first set of data associated with an item. The web-component may be configured to extract the content of the third party website and generate the HTML file in response to executing code embedded in the third-party website. The server may retrieve a second set of data associated with the item available at the third-party from the database. The server may identify a difference between the mapped first set of data and the second set of data and execute an action in the database to update to the second set of data.

Abstract: A device may obtain, from a client device associated with a customer and based on the customer joining a rewards program, item data identifying an item, of a plurality of items, placed in a shopping cart and customer data identifying the customer, obtain rewards data identifying rewards associated with the plurality of items, process the item data, the rewards data, and the customer data, with a machine learning model, to identify a reward based on the rewards data associated with the item, verify a completed purchase of the item based on data indicating an intent of the customer to purchase the item and transaction data, provide, to the client device, data identifying the identified reward based on verifying the completed purchase of the item, and retrain the machine learning model based on the identified reward.

Abstract: A secure smart card is described. The smart card can include a processor, a memory and a transceiver. The smart card can communicate with various terminals and store a digital signature and other information on the card. Another terminal can validate the information stored on the smart card using the digital signature. In certain embodiments, the terminal can also validate the information by using a blockchain. The advanced design of the smart card obviates the need for a network connection.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems, methods, and techniques for managing transaction cards. User registration processes, order processes, and failure detection processes for a secure universal shopping cart are provided. Systems and methods may acquire identifiers. Systems and methods may also identify items associated with the identifiers. In addition, systems and methods may acquire a list of merchants that offer each item. Systems and methods may further determine, for each identifier, merchants based on user preferences. Even further, systems and methods may generate a payment token for each item. Systems and methods may then transmit the payment token for each item to its respective merchant.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments for a vehicle listing generation and optimization system. An embodiment operates by receiving a request to generate a vehicle listing to sell a vehicle on a website. A plurality of vehicle listings similar to the vehicle to be sold are determined, the plurality of vehicle listings including a plurality of features providing information about a respective vehicle featured in the vehicle listing and a performance metric indicating an effectiveness of a respective listing. A first cluster of listings from the plurality of vehicle listings similar to the vehicle are identified based on based on performing artificial intelligence clustering with respect to the metric. Common features amongst a subset of the first cluster of listings are identified. A user interface of a sales template for selling the vehicle associated with the request via the website is generated, wherein the sales template includes the common identified features.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for testing and applying codes to electronic shopping carts. For instance, the method may include monitoring a shopping cart associated with an e-commerce website and with a user; in response to detecting a change to the shopping cart, testing codes with respect to a present content of the shopping cart to determine valid codes; selecting at least one of the valid codes; determining a status of the session; and performing an action based on the status and the at least one selected code. The testing the codes with respect to the present content of the shopping cart may include: cloning the shopping cart to form a cloned shopping cart in a shadow session; and/or obtaining the codes; and testing the codes on the cloned shopping cart in the shadow session to determine the valid codes.

Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to a system that utilizes regular expression (regex) to recognize at least portions of characters, words, text, numbers, etc. in a structured or unstructured dataset, any patterns associated therewith, and/or similarities between the determined patterns. In examples, a regex-based pattern recognition platform may receive a dataset and determine whether at least a first regex pattern and a second regex pattern can be identified. The occurrences of the first and second regex patterns and the frequency of those occurrences may reveal something about the dataset itself or any patterns contained therein.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques to provide specific vehicle recommendations to generic user requests. A method for providing the specific vehicle recommendation includes: receiving a generic automobile request from a user, applying a machine learning model (MLM) trained by a corpus of reviews to the received request, and generating, by the MLM, a recommendation for at least one specific automobile feature based on the generic automobile request.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for rapid identification and access to relevant regulatory documents. A data model relating regulatory mandates and requirements to citations appearing within an enforcement document is used to rapidly access specific citations within an enforcement document. In the case of image-based enforcement documents, the originality of these documents is preserved while allowing a user to see where the relevant citations appear in the document images. The relevant citations are further compared to business policies to identify potential impacts of regulatory mandates and requirements.

As one example, methods and systems are described for improving the applicability of federated learning across various applications and increasing the efficiency of training a global model through federated learning. As another example, methods and systems are described for ensuring comprehensive training data is available to models assigned by the federated learning server. Additionally, methods and systems are described for improving the rate of training a global model through federated learning.

Abstract: A method for determining potentially undesirable voices, in embodiments, includes: receiving audio recordings comprising voices associated with undesirable activity, and determining audio components of each of the audio recordings. The method may further comprise generating a multi-dimensional vector of the audio components for each of the plurality of audio recordings, and comparing audio components between the multi-dimensional vectors to determine clusters of multi-dimensional vectors, each cluster comprising two or more of the multi-dimensional vectors of audio components, wherein each cluster corresponds to a blacklisted voice. The method may further comprise receiving an audio recording or audio stream, and determining whether the audio recording or audio stream is associated with a voice associated with undesirable activity based on a comparison to the clusters.

A server may receive a phone call and generate a uniform resource locator (URL) comprising a session identifier for an account. The server may transmit the URL to a client device. The server may receive, from a web browser, a request comprising the URL. The server may determine that the session identifier in the URL of the request matches the session identifier for the account, and transmit, to the web browser, a web page at the URL. The server may receive, from the web browser, a cryptogram read by the web page via a card reader of the client device and decrypt the cryptogram. The server may authenticate the identity of the caller for the call based on decrypting the cryptogram and the session identifier of the URL matching the session identifier of the account.

Abstract: A system and method for authentication a user attempting access to a service is disclosed herein. When a user attempts to gain access, a client associated with the user generates a unique authentication code that is stored at a callback server associated with the client. The user accesses an authentication server associated with the service and provides the authentication server with standard login credentials. The authentication server also obtains the authentication code from the user. If the authentication server successfully verifies the user's credentials, then the authentication server transmits a code validation request to the callback server to validate the authentication code. The callback server verifies that the received code matches a stored code and is current, and then issues a reply message to the authentication server. The authentication server grants or denies the user's access request based on the reply.
