Abstract: Securing printing systems and methods include a printer with a controller coupled to a memory and configured to perform a printer operation. The printer controller receives an instruction comprising a first font element and a second font element. An identifier corresponding to the second font element is retrieved from a memory. The printer generates and prints a graphical character that based on the first font element and an augmented symbol corresponding to the identifier.

Abstract: A method for dynamically modifying a virtual warehouse is disclosed. The method includes determining a first feature of interest of a virtual object of the virtual warehouse based on a first passive user interaction with the virtual object, generating a first search query based on the determined first feature of interest, identifying one or more first search results that corresponds to the first search query, the one or more first search results including at least one object with at least one feature, modifying the virtual warehouse based on the one or more first search results, and causing a user interface to output the modified virtual warehouse.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for dispensing a printed document from a printer machine with a dispensing device. For instance, a document being printed out from the printer machine may be monitored for, and a determination that a document is being printed out from the printer machine may be made based on the monitoring. The printed document may be engaged with an arm mechanism of the dispensing device, the printed document may be urged towards a slot of the dispensing device with the arm mechanism, and the printed document may be dispensed out of the slot with the arm mechanism.

Abstract: Authentication card with integrated cloth. In some aspects, an authentication card for short range wireless communications includes a first card layer comprising a first cutout, a second card layer, and a fabric layer fastened between the first and second card layer, where the fabric layer is exposed through the first cutout. A microchip may be provided on the first card layer, wherein the microchip is coupled with an antenna enabling authentication (e.g., contactless) by employing radio frequency identification (RFID) or near field communication (NFC).

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for leader node election, comprising a cluster system including a plurality of nodes, a node registry, wherein nodes are configured to transmit registration requests to the node registry, receive node data is response, and to determine a leader node based on the earliest registered node, and wherein the leader node is configured to dynamically allocate data slots between the plurality of nodes, and each of the nodes are configured to store data associated with allocated data slots in an in-memory least recently used component and data associated with all of the data slots in a persistent storage component.

Abstract: Systems as described herein may implement a data management ecosystem for databases. A computing device may receive, from a first user device, a request to migrate one or more data objects from a sandbox to a production environment. The production environment may include a plurality of data warehouses that may be provided as a service in a cloud computing environment, and computing resources are dynamically allocated to the plurality of data warehouses. The computing device may determine lineage information and update a database catalog of the data warehouses with the lineage information. The computing device may identify sensitive data contained within the one or more data objects and generate tokenization for the sensitive data. Based on the lineage information in the database catalog and the tokenization, the computing device may generate a migration plan and cause the at least one of the plurality of data warehouses to execute the migration plan.

Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media for a payment delegation and linking system are provided. The system may generate a delegation request to send to an individual for payment of a portion of a value of a transaction. The delegation request may be sent to the individual with a payment URL embedded with a token. Upon initiation of payment in response to the delegation request, the token may be embedded in an unused field of a payment transaction record generated at the individual's device and may be transmitted from the individual's device to a payment processing system for processing and settlement. The payment transaction record may ultimately be received at the requestor's bank with the token intact. The token may be used to link the received payment transaction with the original delegated transaction. The original delegated transaction and the received payment transaction may be displayed together in a transaction summary.

Abstract: An automated method is provided for mitigating data service system performance degradation due to excess user traffic. A traffic assessment and management server (TAMS) retrieves historical time-varying environment information and transaction data for a data service processing system (DSPS). The TAMS receives a set of expected environment conditions for a future time interval and determines, using the time-varying environment and transaction data, estimated traffic information for the DSPS for the future time interval. The estimated traffic information includes an estimated usage level for at least one system component. The TAMS establishes a simulated system configuration for the DSPS and simulates DSPS operation using the estimated traffic information. The TAMS then determines from the simulation, an estimated likelihood of failure for the at least one system component.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method for authenticating calls for a call center where the user can authenticate before or after starting a call to a call center using an application on a user device. The system determines what level of authentication is necessary depending on the task the user wants to accomplish during the call. The system may direct the user to provide credentials, such as a username and password, for some tasks. Other tasks may require the user to verify their financial card by taking a photo of their financial card or tapping their financial card to their device and allow the device to interact with the financial card using NFC technology. Once appropriately authenticated, the system then allows the user to make a call to the call center and also sends a signal to the call center that the user has been previously authenticated.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for novel uses and/or improvements to sharing cryptographic tokens based on user's real-world actions through social media so those real-world actions may be confirmed as authentic (e.g., verified and/or validated). More specifically, methods and systems disclosed herein enable sharing validated user activity by generating and using cryptographic tokens. The system may ensure that the cryptographic tokens verify the user's activity. The system may extract token data of a cryptographic token to post to a social media platform for activity verification. Thus, by using cryptographic tokens of the user's activity data, the system is able to verify the user's activity.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for auto-locating a user in a parking lot and/or automatically directing a user to recommended inventory. For example, a customer may capture an image of a vehicle, or a marker associated with a vehicle, in a parking lot. The image may be processed locally or at a server. A vehicle may be identified based on analysis of the image. Further, information regarding the user may be processed to determine another vehicle appropriate for a recommendation. For example, a prompt on a mobile device may suggest a popular model similar to the vehicle being viewed. The system may then provide directions (e.g., augmented reality directions) to the user to direct the user to the vehicle.

Abstract: In certain aspects, the disclosed implementations include methods and systems for dynamically generating and determining transaction affinity relationship information associated with a set of merchants involved in a set of transactions. In certain implementations, the transaction affinity relationship information may reflect affinity relationships between merchant chains in a merchant affinity network. The disclosed implementations may receive an adjustment to an affinity relationship associated with a merchant chain, and based on the adjustment, predicts one or more changes to affinity relationships associated with other merchant chains in the merchant affinity network.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing variable and temporary access to account content for a user in a secured manner through the use of an access token with variable properties are described. The systems and methods provide improved navigability to account content accessed via the access token through the customization of user interfaces. For example, the system and methods may generate user interface templates that comprise a recommended selection and organization of user input fields and/or user interface pages.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, access to a plurality of sites associated with a plurality of users may be obtained. The plurality of sites may comprise categories of the plurality of users and interactions among the plurality of users. Based on the plurality of sites, a plurality of interaction datasets and a plurality of timing datasets may be generated. The plurality of interaction datasets and the plurality of timing datasets may be provided as inputs to a machine learning model and the machine learning model may be configured based on the inputs. Subsequent to the configuration, an interaction dataset and a timing dataset associated with a user may be provided to the machine learning model. A predicted length of time for the user may be obtained via the machine learning model and one or more settings of a program may be configured to the user based on the predicted length of time.

Abstract: A device may receive an authorization request, associated with a transaction made by a user device as part of a checkout procedure of a website, that includes a virtual transaction card identifier of a virtual transaction card that is being used for the transaction, and a first merchant identifier for a merchant associated with the website. The device may perform a first authorization procedure to determine whether the first merchant identifier, included in the authorization request, satisfies a threshold level of similarity with a second merchant identifier associated with a request to generate the virtual transaction card that occurred prior to receiving the authorization request. The device may determine whether to forego a second authorization procedure based on a result of the first authorization procedure, and cause an authorization response, that includes an indication of whether the transaction is approved, to be provided to another device associated with the merchant.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for differentiated authorization for domains of a multi-domain application. A computing device may identify a familiarity indicator based on identity information received with a request for access to a multi-domain application. Based on a risk assessment of the familiarity indicator, an access level for the access to the multi-domain application may be identified. A request for an access token that enables access to a first domain of the multi-domain application may be authorized based on the access level. A request for an access token that enables access to a second domain, such as a domain associated with a higher access level than the first domain of the multi-domain application, may be denied based on the access level.

Specifically, the methods and systems may determine a cluster that optimally performs and/or has the most efficient use of resources based on a first machine learning model. The methods and system may then retrieve available substitute nodes from other domains and/or networks that may lie outside the cluster, but may nonetheless be available to, or accessed by the cluster. The methods and systems may then generate an additional plurality of clusters using one or more of the original nodes of the originally selected clusters and/or one or more of the available substitute nodes.
