Abstract: A system and method for grouping individuals by providing a music platform and updating the events. The group of individuals includes a business owner, a promoter, a DJ, an artist, a host, and a general user. The system and method include the steps of acquiring music event data from a plurality of data sources, acquiring artist data and providing an application that allows an authorized user of the application to access information associated with the music event, including details about the event location, date and time, the performing artists, and the promoters for the event. The business owners can save their favorite artists, flag upcoming events, access special promotions and create and manage the database, wherein the database includes information related to promoters, events, and artists.
