Abstract: A user assistance device aids validation of transactions on payment terminals. A payment terminal that accepts a payment card at a point of sale can be detected. A transaction amount for validation can be determined from the payment terminal. Subsequently, audio of the transaction amount can be generated. Playing of the audio on a user assistance device can then be triggered, allowing a user to hear the transaction amount before accepting or rejecting the transaction. Further, transaction information can be analyzed and used to suggest whether a customer should accept or reject the transaction.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may provide determination of a pedestrian route for a user to reach a seating area inside of a venue. Financial transaction data of the user may be reviewed to determine the user purchased one or more tickets to an event at the venue. Information regarding the event or the venue may be determined including seating charts for the venue and whether the tickets are for assigned or unassigned seats. Crowd densities inside and outside of the venue may be determined. The pedestrian route may be determined based on the crowd densities, number of tickets, and type of seating. The route may be updated as conditions change including any change to the crowd densities or change to seating availability. The route may increase a likelihood that the user reaches the seating area prior to a start of the event, and in a less stressful manner.

The first behavioral information may be displayed by an interactive user interface. A user input made in response to the first behavioral information may be received and analyzed to generate user preference information indicating a relationship between the first user input and the first behavioral information. Second data indicative of a second plurality of transactions by the user may be received and processed with the user preference information to generate second behavioral information describing the user. The second behavioral information may be displayed by the interactive user interface differently from the first behavioral information by the interactive user interface as a result of the processing of the second data and the user preference information together.

In some embodiments, systems and methods are disclosed for enabling the sourcing of visible information using a scalable vector format. The systems and methods may receive a request to add a first plurality of visible information to a transaction card and capture an image of the first plurality of visible information. The systems and methods may also map the image to a bounding box and convert the mapped image into vector format. In addition, the systems and methods may provide the converted image to a laser machine.

A service widget is provided in response to a widget delivery request received from a user browser. The delivered service widget enables the user browser to request item-related services from an enterprise. A request for the item-related services is received by an enterprise from the delivered service widget. Provision of the service is enabled upon confirmation that an authentication token fetched from the client backend system is valid for the client backend system, the services request may be delivered to an enterprise server. The enterprise, in response to an analysis of the information related to the item available for purchase, may indicate that the item available for purchase meets a purchase threshold of the enterprise and provide an evaluation result including parameters of the item-related services.
