Abstract: A flexible fiber-reinforced composite material is manufactured by impregnating a fiber reinforcement material with a non-epoxy matrix material. Subsequently, the impregnated fiber reinforcement material is dried and cured, resulting in a flexible fiber-reinforced composite material that exhibits a tensile modulus between 10 MPa and 42 MPa at 20 percent elongation.
