Abstract: The invention relates to a collapsible freight container (1) comprising a floor panel (3), a roof panel (5) as well as two longitudinal side walls (7,9) connected to the floor panel and the roof panel. Each longitudinal side wall comprises a first (11,13) and a second (15,17) part, which are connected by—means of at least one hinged joint, such that the first part can hinge towards the second part of the same longitudinal side wall about a hinge axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the freight container. Each corner of the freight container is furthermore provided with at least one corner pin (31).
