Abstract: A finger guide for testing blood glucose and associated methods are disclosed. More particularly, a blood glucose testing system is provided that includes a finger guide that is wearable by the subject of the blood glucose test and a glucose meter that is retrofitted with a glucose meter coupler. A method of operating the blood glucose testing system includes the steps of guiding a lancing device to a spot on the subject's finger for producing a blood droplet and guiding a test strip in the glucose meter to the same spot on the subject's finger for testing the blood sample.
