Abstract: A box, formed from a single rectangular blank of a suitable material, suitable for packaging gift items, having a unique construction wherein score lines and perforated score lines are used to form an end closure section permitting the box to be rapidly and easily assembled. The rectangular blank from which the box is made may be coated or overlaid on one or both sides with a decorative finish so that the box, when assembled, presents the appearance of a conventionally gift-wrapped package.
