  • Patent number: 12410572
Abstract: A system for the double-sealed connection of waterproofing panels for lining surfaces of hydraulic works, such as dams, canals, water basins and the like. The system includes a central connection band, made of elastically flexible material and resistant to stress and perforation, whose longitudinal edges are superimposed to the longitudinal edges of continuous waterproofing panels; the system further includes a bottom locking element, an upper locking element superimposable to the previous one, and at least an intermediate sealing gasket, which extend along longitudinal edges of the connection band superimposed to the longitudinal edges of contiguous waterproofing panels; the bottom locking element and the upper locking element include a plurality of axially aligned rectangular compression plates connected by flexible hinges to allow the locking elements to freely adapt against planar and/or irregular surfaces of the surface of the specific hydraulic work to be waterproofed.

  • Patent number: 10787782
Abstract: A method and a device for laying down and sealingly anchoring a waterproofing liner of a synthetic material, on a surface of a hydraulic work, by a plurality of anchoring assemblies each including a lower and an upper metal sections configured with a raised part and side sloping walls, wherein the lower metal section bar has a set of anchoring holes at a plurality of axially spaced anchoring zones; the surface of the hydraulic work is marked with a set of reference marks at a plurality of fastening zones, corresponding to the set of anchoring holes of the lower section bar; each lower section bar is fastened to the hydraulic work by anchoring devices threaded into an anchoring hole of a respective anchoring zone of the lower section bar, and into a perforation of the hydraulic work provided at one of the set of reference marks at each fastening zone.

  • Patent number: 10422096
Abstract: A method, a waterproof liner and waterproof panels for installations in basins and canals) both dry and with stationary and flowing water. The liner consists of a plurality of prefabricated panels, including at least one flexible waterproof membrane, made of geosynthetic material, provided with side anchor bands for anchoring to the ground and with side sealing flaps. The panels that are rolled up into rolls are sequentially unrolled and extended by fixing provisionally along at least one anchor band, by joining simultaneously the flaps of adjoining panels by means of an intermediate zip fastener. Subsequently, the individual panels are firmly anchored by friction to the bottom and/or to the banks of the basin or canal, by means of a permanent ballast. The individual panels can be removed and replaced by operating underwater, restoring the seal between panels of the entire waterproof liner.

  • Publication number: 20170044732
Abstract: A method and a system for anchoring a waterproofing liner of thermoplastic material to a longitudinally extending wall of a hydraulic structure of compacted loose material. The waterproofing liner is seamed to a plurality of continuous anchor bands of thermoplastic material, laterally spaced apart from one another, vertically extending in a traverse direction of the wall, from an upper to a lower position of the hydraulic structure; each continuous anchor band consists of a plurality of axially aligned and partially superimposed modular strips, seamed together and fixed to concrete curbs, defining a surface for laying down the waterproofing liner, in which the curbs longitudinally and/or transversely extend to the wall of the hydraulic structure.
