Abstract: Systems, software, and methods are provided for accurate service, transaction, and cargo monitoring. An example system and/or method may include calibrating a wireless sensor, connecting a user device to a wireless sensor, obtaining initial information for a first process at least in part from the wireless sensor, obtaining subsequent information about at least the first process, and using a portion of the initial information about the first process and the subsequent information about the first process to create a dynamic report involving the first process.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and software are disclosed for operating a driver analysis system, including receiving vehicle operation data corresponding to operation of vehicles by drivers, identifying a peer group associated with a target driver, processing at least a portion of the vehicle operation data to determine driving performance of the target driver relative to driving performance of the peer group, generating a driving report which identifies the driving performance of the target driver, and transferring the driving report to a target device for viewing by an entity, where the driving report may exclude some information based on the location of traffic lights.
