Devices includes a body with a handle with a trigger extending therefrom; a shaft extending from the body; a delivery tip at a distal end of the shaft; a driver member disposed within the shaft; and a fastener with no points, barbs, or sharp edges held at the delivery tip. The fastener is inserted into a fixed depth and locks into a closed loop.
