Abstract: A graphic data file containing instructions for displaying graphic data on a display device, the graphic data file having a header identifying the start of the graphic data file, a plurality of portions of instruction data following the header and each portion of instruction data having an instruction for controlling the graphic data of a predetermined size to be displayed and frame information to determine an order and a period of time for displaying the graphic data. A method for generating independent graphic data files including instructions for controlling a process of the graphic data files to be displayed on a display device, and to a corresponding medium and a player.
