The device includes a housing, and a cover plate, an internal locking mechanism, and a shock-absorbing airbag device disposed inside the housing. The housing is sleeved onto a steel pipe pile. The internal locking mechanism configured to clamp an inner flange ring on an inner wall of the pile's upper port between the cover plate and itself. Water-permeable channels communicating with the exterior are provided in the cover plate and the housing, each equipped with a self-adaptive closing valve to adaptively control the channel's open and closed states. During normal vibratory sinking, each hammer impact compresses the shock-absorbing airbag, reducing water resistance against sinking.
