Abstract: A labeling assembly is shown and described herein. A labeling assembly for laminating labels may include a label sheet, a laminating sheet and an alignment member. The alignment member may allow folding of the label sheet and laminating sheet. The label sheet may include a facestock sheet and a liner sheet. Labels may be pre-cut in the facestock sheet. The laminating sheet may include a laminae film sheet and a liner sheet. Protective covers may be pre-cut in the liner sheet and laminae overlays may be pre-cut in the laminae film sheet. The protective covers may be removed to expose an adhesive portion of the laminae overlay. The label sheet and the laminating sheet may be folded onto each other at the alignment member. The laminae overlay may include an image thereon and adhere to the label to form a removable laminated label.

Abstract: A divider assembly is shown and described herein. The divider assembly may divide a stack of sheets, the divider assembly may include a body and a tab extending from the body. A first side of the body and a first side of the tab may include a cover or coating. The cover or coating may include designs or indicia. A second side of the body may include a covered portion and a non-covered portion. A second side of the tab may be non-covered. Non-covered portions may be compatible with more or different writing instruments than covered portions. The divider assembly may be reversible such that the first side or the second side may be utilized.

Abstract: A stackable container as shown and described herein. The stackable container may include an outer container having a bottom panel, a pair of opposite side walls and an end wall that extend from the bottom panel respectively. Said bottom panel may have at least one slot. A plurality of locking tabs may extend downward through said slots and a top panel may extend from the end wall wherein the top panel may be adapted to be pivoted between an open position and a closed position a front panel may extend from the bottom panel may be adapted pivot between an open position and a closed position. An inner container may be configured to be slidingly received within the outer container when the front panel is in the open position.

Abstract: One or more cuts is provided in a label liner sheet near the area of a cutout within the label, such as the center hole in a CD label, in order to facilitate reliable separation of the cutout from the label and retention of the cutout on the liner sheet as the label is peeled from the liner. The majority of the cut runs generally parallel to the cutout boundary underneath the cutout, and the ends of the cut cross the boundary at two separate boundary crossing points on either side of the portion of the cut running parallel to the boundary. The cut first causes a flap to be created in the liner sheet and partially lifted as the label is beginning to be peeled away. Thereafter, as the peel line passes the flap area, the cutout experiences the full retentive strength of the label's pressure sensitive adhesive primarily at the two boundary crossings, and the cutout is pulled from the label and retained on the liner sheet as the adhesive force overcomes the cohesive force.

Abstract: A divider assembly is shown and described herein. The divider assembly may divide a stack of sheets, the divider assembly may include a body and a tab extending from the body. The divider may include at least one arm extending from the body and defining an elongated slot with the body that is configured for connecting to a binder. Further, at least one protrusion may be configured to selectively abut against bindings of the binder to selectively attached the divider thereon.

Abstract: The present disclosure related to a flexible electronic substrate assembly and a method and system of processing solder paste onto an electrical substrate. The assembly includes a flexible substrate having a solderable medium provided along the flexible substrate. A pattern of solder paste may be cured to a portion of the solderable medium. The solderable medium may be a generally continuous construction or a patterned construction relative to the flexible substrate. The substrate may be unwound from a roll of substrate material before solder paste is deposited thereon. The flexible electric substrate assembly may be formed though a roll to roll process. Infrared heat may be applied to the substrate with the solder paste deposit as the substrate is traveling along the process direction to reflow the solder paste as the substrate is traveling along the process direction at a high rate of speed.

Abstract: A label sheet assembly including a liner sheet, a carrier sheet, and a facestock sheet. The facestock sheet includes cut lines defining labels and cut lines defining at least a portion of a carrier strip. The carrier sheet can include cut lines defining at least a portion of the carrier strip. The carrier strip can be removed from the label sheet assembly to expose at least a portion of a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive on the labels. The label sheet assembly has a uniform thickness in an area that includes the carrier strip and the labels.

Abstract: A sheet assembly and method is provided for applying a facestock layer to a substrate. The facestock layer may include a facestock bridge portion with an adhesive layer. A liner sheet is attached to the facestock layer and may include a strip portion having a first dimension that is configured to be removed to expose a portion of the adhesive layer under the facestock bridge portion. The sheet assembly is positioned as desired and the facestock bridge portion is adhered to the substrate to anchor the sheet assembly to the substrate and allow the remaining liner sheet to be removed in a generally aligned manner as desired. The facestock layer may be made of a see-through material. The facestock layer may be a label. The sheet assembly may include at least one perforation line that divides the sheet assembly into multiple sections.
