Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an anti-B7-H3 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which binds to a specific epitope located within the amino acid sequence of a domain of B7-H3. The antibody (i) specifically binds to various types of cancer cell lines expressing B7-H3, demonstrating T cell-mediated cancer cell-killing effect, and (ii) binds to epitopes in both humans and mice, thus allowing for effective evaluation of anticancer effect in preclinical trials when developed into a therapeutic antibody.
