The system (400) further includes a processing system (100) configured to, as said wine is bottled (404) into a plurality of bottles (indicated by reference numeral 414) each having an irreversible binary-state automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) sealing arrangement (600), associate the recorded oenological characteristics with each unique bottle identifier in the blockchain.
