  • Patent number: 12195923
Abstract: A method of producing a 3D molded product comprises applying a pulp slurry layer to a porous forming face of a first mold, pressing the pulp slurry layer against the porous forming face of the first mold, while heating the pulp slurry layer and drawing a vacuum through the porous forming face of the first mold, transferring the pulp slurry layer to a porous forming face of a second mold, in a subsequent forming step, pressing the pulp slurry layer against the porous forming face of the second mold, while heating the pulp slurry layer and drawing a vacuum through the porous forming face of the second mold. In the method, a first pressure at the rear side of the forming face of the porous forming face of the first mold is lower than a second pressure at the rear side of the porous forming face of the second mold.

  • Patent number: 12180657
Abstract: The document relates to a pick-up press device for use in a process of producing a 3D molded product from a pulp slurry comprising a pick-up press tool presenting a porous first product face; a press tool presenting a second product face; and a vacuum source, connected to the pick-up press tool. The pick-up press tool and the press tool are vertically movable relative one another, wherein, in a first relative position of the press tools, at least one of the product faces is positioned so as to receive a pulp slurry layer in liquid form to its product face, and wherein in a second relative position of the press tools, the product faces are pressed towards each other for pressing the pulp slurry layer.

  • Patent number: 11905101
Abstract: The document relates to a method of making a disposable double walled structure comprising an inner wall portion (51) surrounding a product space presenting a cross section and extending along an axial direction, perpendicular to the cross section, between first and second axially spaced apart portions, and an outer wall portion (52) at least partially surrounding the inner wall portion (51), wherein an insulating space is formed between the inner and outer wall portions. The method comprises forming the inner and outer walls (51, 52) in one piece, such that the inner and outer walls are connected at the first axial portion and at least partially overlap as seen in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, and bending at least one of the inner (51) and outer (52) wall portions in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction towards the other one of the inner (51) and outer (52) wall portions at the second axial portion, so as to form the insulating space.
