Abstract: A wearable fatigue alert device includes a housing that is secured to a wristband. The device includes one or more sensors that are located on the wristband. When the device is worn over a wrist, the one or more sensors are configured to obtain biofeedback data from a wearer for determining the fatigue status of the wearer. The device includes a circuit board having a microprocessor that is in communication with the one or more sensors. The one or more sensors collect and communicate the biofeedback data of the wearer to the microprocessor, which generates an alert signal (e.g., vibration, sound, light) that notifies the wearer that they are becoming fatigued. The microprocessor uses Electrodermal Activity (EDA) technology for evaluating the fatigue status of the wearer.
