Abstract: A burn box includes a font, a rear, a first and a second side, a lower, and an upper interior surface, as well as a first push member, a first coupler, and a first torque member. The first push member includes a first end, a second end, and a first coupler portion. The first coupler pivotally couples the first coupler portion to the first interior surface. The second end is vertically intermediate the first end and the lower interior surface. The first torque member provides a first torque to the first push member. When the first torque is provided to the first push member, the first push member rotates about a first rotational axis. The first rotational axis is through the first coupler portion of the first push member. The first rotational axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis. The second end rotates toward the second side interior surface.

Abstract: A boiler that includes a housing is disclosed. The housing houses a combustion chamber, a heat exchanger system, a heat flow path, an isolating member, and a movable access panel. The heat flow path thermally couples the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger system. The isolating member at least partially separates the combustion chamber from the heat exchanger system. A fluid jacket is operable to thermally couple fluid disposable within the fluid jacket about a fluid side area of heat exchangers of the heat exchanger system. The movable access panel is positioned about or coupled to an exterior wall of the housing. When the movable access panel is moved to an open position, a user is provided access to a gas side area of the heat exchangers for servicing or cleaning of the heat exchangers from an exterior environment of the boiler.

When the removable panel is removed a user is provided access to the heat exchanger system. The isolating member is internal to the housing. The removable panel is an internal removable panel positioned on the isolating member. When the internal removable panel is removed, the user is provided internal access to the heat exchanger system. In other embodiments, the panel is an external removable panel positioned on an exterior wall of the housing. When the exterior removable panel is removed, the user is provided exterior access to the heat exchanger system.

Abstract: A bio-mass fueled boiler operating at delivered efficiencies in excess of 90%. Pre-heated, pressurized primary combustion air is supplied to a primary burn chamber via horizontal and vertical orifice containing conduits. Exhaust gases are directed past a reflective secondary burner supplying pre-heated, pressurized secondary combustion air into a secondary burn/ash collection chamber. Exhaust gases are directed from the secondary burn chamber via exhaust conduits having axial and cross-sectional shapes and wall geometries that promote internal turbulence and heat transfer. One or more gas/oil fired burners are fitted to or between the primary and secondary combustion chambers. Several operating modes are provided via associated blowers, air baffles, liquid and gas fuel conduits, pumps and sundry stove sensors and servos coupled to microprocessor control circuitry.

Abstract: A multi-fuel boiler having multiple, independent draft or combustion air sources and controls. A conventional oil/gas burner and nozzle assembly is fitted to an injector tube and isolated from a thermal transfer medium. A butterfly valve is supported in the injector tube and a motorized linkage directs valve operation. When the burner is non-operational, the valve prevents secondary combustion air from passing through the oil/gas burner to effect combustion in the firebox.
