    Abstract: A hot extrusion die for a special-shaped square pipe includes a die cavity sleeve with a special-shaped cavity. A hot extrusion mandrel is arranged in the die cavity sleeve. An area between the die cavity sleeve and the hot extrusion mandrel forms a die cavity hole. A first extrusion diversion hole and a second extrusion diversion hole are arranged below the die cavity hole. An integral centroid of the die cavity hole is located at a circle center of a radial cross section of the die cavity sleeve. Further disclosed is a hot extrusion integral forming method for a special-shaped square pipe, including: heating and expanding a blank material; heating the blank material again after expanding; performing hot extrusion on the blank material; and cooling the formed special-shaped square pipe in air to a room temperature, and inspecting surface quality and mechanical properties of the special-shaped square pipe.

The distribution, number and average spacing of the primary dendrites can be obtained without metallographic corrosion sampling.

The high-strength low-carbon bainitic fire-resistant steel disclosed herein have chemical components by mass percent of: 0.07%-0.1% of C, 0.7%-0.9% of Si, 1.0%-1.5% of Mn, 0.7%-0.8% of Cr, 1.0%-1.3% of Ni, 0.3%-0.35% of Cu, 0.6%-0.8% of Mo, 0.025%-0.035% of Nb, 0.09%-0.15% of V, 0.01%-0.015% of Ti, <0.2% of Nb+V+Ti, <0.02% of Alt, <0.003% of S, <0.008% of P, and the balance is Fe and inevitable impurities. Improvements are realized in the yield strength and high-temperature mechanical properties of the fire-resistant steel.

    Abstract: A quantitative statistical characterization method of micron-level second phase in aluminum alloy based on deep learning is disclosed. The method includes obtaining a feature database of the standard sample, training the feature database by the image segmentation network U-Net based on deep learning to obtain a U-Net segmentation model, selecting the corresponding parameters of the optimal precision and establishing a U-Net target model; clipping the aluminum alloy image to be detected and inputting the clipped images into the U-net target model, obtaining the size, area and position information of the second phase through the connected region algorithm, carrying out statistical distribution of the data set combined with the mathematical statistical method, and restoring the position information to the surface of the aluminum alloy to be tested to obtain the full-field quantitative statistical distribution and visualization results.

    Abstract: An electrically assisted forming process and device for a high-strength metal alloy thin-walled pipe includes a die sleeve, wiring terminals, a pulse power supply, a die seat, sealing baffle plates, a drawing die, and a cooling water circulation chamber. A process for forming a high-strength metal alloy thin-walled pipe includes first, graphite or fusible metal, i.e., an aluminum rod, is introduced into a high-strength metal alloy pipe to be drawn to fill the whole pipe; and then, pulse current is introduced into a plastic deformation area of the thin-walled pipe. A cooling device can be provided to achieve a good cooling effect. The thin-walled pipe with corresponding length is cut according to a production requirement after processing is completed, and annealing treatment is performed in a vacuum heat treatment furnace.

The magnet is prepared by steps of raw material batching, strip casting, hydrogen decrepitation and jet milling, powder orientating and forming, sintering and heat treatment. The materials of the permanent magnet comprise the main phase alloy powders and the Ce added phase alloy powders, wherein the Ce added phase alloy is a magnetic phase or a non-magnetic liquid-phase alloy; and the Ce added phase alloy accounts for 5% to 30% of the total weight of the permanent magnet, and the remainder is the main phase alloy. During the jet milling stage, a certain concentration of oxygen is added into the inert gas, so that the final magnet has an oxygen content of 1500 to 2500 ppm.

    Abstract: A back-up roll device and method for conducting corner deformation on a chamfered continuous casting slab. The back-up roll device includes back-up rolls with ?-angle bevels, movable bearing seats, bearing seat moving rails, bearing seat motion holding mechanisms and inner arc or outer arc frames of a casting machine. The back-up rolls are arranged on the inner and/or outer arc frames of the horizontal segment of the casting machine. Support surfaces of the back-up rolls make contact with and squeeze smaller obtuse angles adjacent to the wide face of the inner or outer arc on the chamfered continuous casting slab, and therefore each smaller obtuse angle is squeezed into two larger obtuse angles. The back-up roll device and method for conducting corner deformation on the chamfered casting slab can achieve the purposes of eliminating edge slivers.
