Abstract: The present disclosure discloses mobile emergency response systems and methods for accessing, transferring, processing, and displaying emergency event information using a mobile device. In some embodiments, the system includes at least one processor and at least one mobile device executing a mobile emergency response application. The processor may remotely access emergency event information from multiple data sources, transfer the emergency event information to the mobile device, process and configure the emergency event information, and display the emergency event information via a graphical user interface on the mobile device. Processing may include normalizing information from different source formats, preparing multimedia for preview, and updating user interface state. The graphical user interface may provide text/icons, media previews, user-interactive windows, and user-selectable filters.

Abstract: A system for configuring a graphical user interface. The system may include a mapping configuration database configured to: receive computer aided dispatch (CAD) and geographic information systems (GIS) data from at least one user system; store mapping configuration information; and receive information from a mapping configuration tool. The system may also include a publishing tool configured to: receive information from the mapping configuration database; publish information from the mapping configuration database as a data table; and provide instructions to display the CAD data and GIS data to a mapping application tool, the CAD data and GIS data being displayed with a plurality of dynamic icons capable of displaying selected data, each dynamic icon being configured to have at least one of resource icon, agency icon, status ring, or dynamic directional arrow, and the dynamic icons being displayed within a specified geographic area.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automatic non?emergency call handling that helps public safety agencies are disclosed. A memory stores instructions which are executed by at least one processor to receive a call from a reporting party device and gather basic details to decide whether the call is regarding an emergency. If more information is needed, the call is passed to an artificial intelligence component that gathers follow up information and interprets the caller’s intent. For confirmed non-emergencies, the system may direct the caller to an online reporting tool and collect incident details to store them in a records system and create a dispatchable record when appropriate. Disclosed systems and methods for automatic non?emergency call handling reduces call taker workload and improves the efficiency of non-emergency call processing.

Abstract: The present invention discloses report generation systems and methods for gathering, reviewing, and extracting investigation data and generating, sending, and storing reports. In some embodiments, the system uses at least one processor. In some embodiments, the processor is configured to access investigation evidence and data, parse the contents of the investigation evidence, transmit the investigation evidence and data to a centralized repository, generate at least one investigation report using a machine learning algorithm, and securely store the investigation report in a central repository.
