Abstract: The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition soluble in an aqueous solution, which is characterised in that it comprises sialoglycosphingolipids; polypeptides selected from the group comprising antibodies, fragments and variants of same; and at least one therapeutically active substance, forming a ternary micellar complex of sialoglycosphingolipid-therapeutically active substance-polypeptide in which the polypeptides are non-covalently associated with the micelles formed by the sialoglycosphingolipid and the therapeutically active substance.
