  • Patent number: 7695789
Abstract: A fully emptiable flexible tube wherein at least the skirt and the neck of the tube form a single-pieced unit. The wall is 0.30 1.20 mm thick, preferably 0.30 1.00 mm thick and is made of a material comprising at least one polymer from the polypropylene family and comprises a section modulus of 700 MPa maximum, preferably 500 MPa according to French standard NF EN ISO 178. The tubes can be used in the packaging of any type of product, especially pasty bodies in the field of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

  • Patent number: 7381455
Abstract: The invention concerns a tube comprising a wall made of C4-C10 linear ethylene-olefin copolymer or a mixture of C4-C10 linear ethylene-olefin copolymer having a melt index ranging between 3 and 10 g/mn, and a density ranging between 0.880 g/cm3 and 0.935 g/cm3 inclusive. The skirt has a mid-height wall thickness ranging between 0.30 and 10 mm inclusive, and a length between 40 and 200 mm inclusive. Furthermore, the skirt and the dispensing head are made in a single injection molding operation in an injection mold. The invention is useful for making tube-like packages.

  • Patent number: 7192548
Abstract: The invention concerns in particular a mold for injection molding of a flexible tube, said mold comprising as molding tools, a nozzle receptacle, an impression and a core, housed in a stack of plates. The invention is characterized in that said molding tools have pairs of respective conical support surfaces, through which the tools are centered and aligned with one another, each support surface being formed by a portion of tools deprived of transverse mobility.

  • Patent number: 6840409
Abstract: A packaging for fluid product such as a cream or a paste, has a flexible tube (1) provided with a dispensing neck (11), and a convenience closure system (2), including an annular base (20) fixed to the tube (1) on the neck side (11), and a top (21) mobile relative to the base (20). The neck (11) is formed by the wall (10) of the tube which converges towards the main axis (X) of the tube in the direction of the opening (100) with a relatively large radius with respect to its circumference, and the base (20) is engaged in the opening (100) of the tube, and causes the neck (11) to be radially stretched, and is locked relative to the opening along the main axis (X).
