Abstract: The invention involves detecting or scanning of a personal characteristic of a user and then verifying the person's identity by means of that physical characteristic. If the identity is confirmed, then information is disclosed, as required. In the preferred embodiment, the method of sending information about a user includes the steps of: an entity issuing an electronic identifier; detecting a personal characteristic of a user; confirming an identity of said user by means of the personal characteristic; and sending a secure electronic transmission relating to the electronic identifier to the entity with information pertaining to that user.

Abstract: A first participant having a scheduled meeting time slot with a service provider may exchange meeting time slots with other participants should the first participant be unable to attend the scheduled meeting time slot. Electronic calendars are monitored to allow for automatic, computerized exchange of meeting time slots. Participant-defined priorities and location information are taken into account to facilitate meeting time slot exchange.

Abstract: The herein method involves electronically searching for people and entities with a certain characteristic. Once these people and entities are identified, there is a search of to see if there is a commonly available time for a meeting, both with respect to time and location. Meetings scheduled for commonly available times are automatically inserted into electronic calendars curated by at least one of the meeting parties.

Abstract: In its simplest embodiment, the herein disclosed system is continually monitoring conditions of participants and their electronic calendars, meetings and locations. By evaluating all parameters, the system determines an optimum time, date, and location for a meeting. As the schedules of participants develop and change, the system continually reevaluates and may change times, dates or locations of scheduled meetings. The herein method for automatic scheduling includes: maintaining a database of scheduled and proposed meetings, including date, time, duration, location, subject matter and participants; receiving a request for a proposed meeting, including names of participants, subject matter and duration; and, based on evaluating location, travel time, and schedules of participants, determining an optimum date, time and location for a meeting.
