Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air mat that reduces the number of manufacturing processes by means of rotational molding, while preventing the generation of defective products, to a device for molding an air mat, and to an air mat manufactured and molded by the method and device. In a method for manufacturing an air mat formed in such a manner as to integrally couple a cushion part having a plurality of air bags arranged therein for containing air at the insides thereof with a plate-shaped lower sheet disposed on the lower surface of the cushion part, the method includes the steps of: preparing a lower mold having a plurality of air bag molding recesses having given depths arranged at given intervals thereon, for molding the cushion part of the air mat.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air mat that reduces a thickness of a cushion part by means of both slush molding and rotational molding, enhances a bonding efficiency between a lower sheet and the cushion part, and obviates the need of any separate communicating members for forming the communicating passageways for a plurality of air pockets of the cushion part, thereby simplifying manufacturing processes.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a chain stabilizing device in a hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus and a method of using the same. Instead of a conventional feeding means with a complicated structure, the present invention comprises a first hinge shaft with a simple structure, level control rods each of which has one end hingedly coupled to the first hinge shaft and the other hingedly coupled end, a second hinge shaft to which the other ends of the level control rods are hingedly coupled, and a hyperthermo-therapeutic unit support hingedly coupled to the second hinge shaft. At this time, the first hinge shaft has rollers installed at both side ends thereof and engaged with linear rails, while the hyperthermo-therapeutic unit support has rollers provided at both side ends thereof and rotatably engaged with curved rails.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an auxiliary mat for a hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus, a hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus comprising the same, and a method of using the hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus. In a hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus including a main mat and an auxiliary mat according to the present invention, a receiving groove is formed at a side of the main mat or the auxiliary mat, and an external hyperthermo-therapeutic unit is detachably mounted in the receiving groove. In a state where a user sits astraddle on the main mat or the auxiliary mat, the external hyperthermo-therapeutic unit is operated so that a hot compress effect or an effect generated by radiating far infrared rays can be simply obtained on a lower part of a user's body Upon use of the hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus of the present invention, there are advantages in that the user does not need to take an uncomfortable posture for receiving a hot compress on the lower part of her/his body.
