  • Patent number: 11811736
Abstract: Systems, methods, and storage media useful in a computing platform to automatically generate and deploy access control list (ACL) rules for one or more firewalls in a data center are provided. The computing platform is vendor-agnostic and generates ACL rules in multiple syntaxes depending on the firewall needing updating. The platform traverses a data center mapping structure to identify one or more firewalls to be updated for a destination IP address and source IP address and automatically generates the ACL rule in the syntax for the one or more firewalls identified.

  • Patent number: 11803767
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for facilitating clinical decision making by directing the emission of computer-generated health-care related recommendations towards contexts in which the recipient will likely find the recommendations salient and will likely welcome them and act upon them. ‘Uptake’ of computer-generated recommendations for diagnostic tests or therapeutic interventions is thereby substantially increased, and ‘alert fatigue’ is substantially decreased. Embodiments of our technology overcome certain drawbacks associated with the prior art by providing a means for ascertaining which decision-support recommendations are likely to be favorably considered by the recipient and acted-upon (recommendation ‘uptake’). System and method embodiments for providing a predicted probability of user uptake of a context-specific system-generated recommendation patient are disclosed herein and for applying that information to decide whether or not to emit the relevant recommendation.

  • Patent number: 11797080
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems, methods, and user interfaces that generates and renders virtual environments for display using a VR system (e.g., on a display of a VR headset). Virtual reality is leveraged to create immersive experiences that enables users to experience clinical processes, train staff through new protocols, and gain empathy through a variety of complex scenarios. Initially, contextual information is initially received for an event. Based on the contextual information of the event, data collections is triggered from a clinical system and an environment system for data occurring before and after the event. Utilizing the collected data, a three dimensional modeling of a timeline of event, characters associated with the event, and dialogue corresponding to the event can be recreated. After contributing factors are identified and weighted for the event, a virtual simulation of the event can be created.

  • Patent number: 11798663
Abstract: Systems, methods, and GUIs are provided for visually communicating clinically relevant information in a manner that maintains context and trends across various sizes of user interfaces, such as smaller user interfaces on mobile devices. In an embodiment, a user interface may display a first timeline area with a first indication of a timespan that represents a portion of the timeline. The first indication of the timespan may be scrollable to change the portion of the timeline displayed. The first timeline area may further comprise a set of clinical diagnoses with corresponding duration indicators. The user interface may also display a second timeline area with a second indication of a timespan, which may mirror the first indication of the timespan. The second timeline area may further comprise a set of diagnostic parameters and associated measurements. The user interface may also present a medication area having lists of medications separated by classification.

  • Patent number: 11797567
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a rapid hyperledger onboarding platform are provided. The rapid hyperledger onboarding platform enables various teams within an organization to have their own distributed ledger implementation with a private channel for communication among participants of that network. After a request is received from one or more clients to register an application with a distributed ledger comprising a peer node for each of the one or more clients, a selection of data elements to be stored in the distributed ledger is received. The application is instantiated on the distributed ledger. A separate channel is automatically created for each client of the one or more clients among the corresponding peer nodes. Each channel provides smart contract code execution for the application such that blocks are replicated to a node corresponding to a particular transaction and not to other peer nodes.

  • Patent number: 11798560
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for rapid event voice documentation are provided herein. The rapid event voice documentation system captures verbalized orders and actions and translates that unstructured voice data to structured, usable data for documentation. The voice data captured is tagged with metadata including the name and role of the speaker, a time stamp indicating a time the data was spoken, and a clinical concept identified in the data captured. The system automatically identifies orders (e.g., medications, labs and procedures, etc.), treatments, and assessments/findings that were verbalized during the rapid event to create structured data that is usable by a health information system and ready for documentation directly into an EHR. The system provides all of the captured data including orders, assessment documentation, vital signs and measurements, performed procedures, and treatments, and who performed each, available for viewing and interaction in real time.

  • Publication number: 20230334230
Abstract: Technologies are provided for automatically comparing versions of a regulatory document and highlighting meaningful changes to each version of the regulatory document. An analysis engine accepts two inputs of a regulatory document in HTML format. One input is an original version of the regulatory document and one input is a revised version of the regulatory document. The documents are processed by the analysis engine to highlight added content as compared to the original version of the HTML content and the second document being processed to highlight removed content as compared to the revised version of the HTML content. These highlighted documents are then presented to the user.

  • Patent number: 11783134
Abstract: By extracting clinical data of any format from respective different sources, a data repository normalized to a generic format is created. A medical domain specific language may be used to interact with the data repository for identifying cohorts and gaps in care for the respective cohorts. Any rules for finding gaps in care are converted into the medical domain specific language for determining gaps. This standardization in both the data repository and rule application may allow for a true cost and time to value solution accessible to many different medical practices.

  • Patent number: 11776690
Abstract: A decision support tool is provided for predicting uterine contractions. The predicted contractions are determined from measurements of uterine activity (UA). The contraction forecast may be made using a plurality of trained predictive models. The forecasts are formed with linear regressive models based, at least in part, on UA data from a reference population. The predicted contractions may be predictions of contraction duration, contraction peak, and time between contractions. In this way, these predicted contractions may be used for decision support for care plans during labor, such as increased monitoring and/or modifying the care plan.

  • Patent number: 11775514
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are disclosed herein that create inter-communication capabilities between servers that use technologically diverse and/or incompatible operating systems. Herein, a driver is leveraged to create these inter-communication capabilities by inserting a source server generated message into a table at the target server. The target server automatically executes code in the message and generates results therefrom. The target serer communicates the results to the source server, where the source server again leverages the driver to handle the results.

  • Patent number: 11776695
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for identification of patients or family member having genetic disease or probable genetic disease. During or after registration of a patient, parents, grandparents, or siblings of the patient are identified. If it is determined that one of the patient or the parents, grandparents, or siblings of the patient has been assigned with a diagnosis indicating a genetic disease, an alert for genetic disease or probable genetic disease for the patient or family member of the patient is provided. A clinician is then prompted to confirm or rule out the patient or family member inheriting the disease.

  • Patent number: 11769592
Abstract: Technologies are provided for an improved classifier apparatus and processes for improving the accuracy of classification technology including example applications of such classifiers. A process includes applying clustering to variables contributing to the classification task. The clusters may be represented in a 1-dimensional, 2-dimensional, or 3-dimensional matrix that is a spatial abstraction of the interrelationships. A convolutional transformation may be applied to the matrix so as to reduce the effective dimensionality of the classification problem and improve the signal-to-noise ration. A deep learning neural network method may be applied to the transformed network to generate an improved classification model, which may be utilized by a decision support tool. One embodiment comprises a decision support tool for detecting risk of venous thrombosis and venous thromboembolism (VTE) in a patient, based on phenotype and genomics information.
