Patent number: 11462050Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods of determining liveness of a biometric feature. A processor of a computing device may receive two or more scans of a biometric feature from a sensor of a source device. The processor may determine surface area rates of change of a surface area of the biometric feature, location stability rates of changes for one or more locations of the biometric feature, and presence information rates of change of the biometric feature. The processor may generate a liveness score based on the determined location stability rates of change, the surface area rates of change, and the presence information rates of change of the biometric feature. The processor may determine whether the generated liveness score meets a liveness threshold. The processor may determine that the biometric feature is a live biometric feature in response to determining that the generated liveness score meets the liveness threshold.Type: GrantFiled: December 19, 2019Date of Patent: October 4, 2022Assignee: Certify Global Inc.Inventors: Marc Potash, Preetham Gowda

Patent number: 10726113Abstract: In systems and methods of managing a document with an authenticated document biosignature, a processor of a verification device may receive an image based on a user selection. The processor may calculate a base verification score associated with a user based on at least one identification input, the identification input including one or more identification features, wherein at least one of the identification features includes a biometric identification feature. The processor of the verification device may generate a glyph based on the selected image, the base verification score and the at least one identification input. The glyph may be associated with a document, and may be used to verify the identity of the user associated with the glyph.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2017Date of Patent: July 28, 2020Assignee: Certify Global Inc.Inventors: Marc Potash, Preetham Gowda

Patent number: 10581843Abstract: In systems and methods of managing a document with an authenticated document biosignature, a processor of a verification device may receive an image based on a user selection. The processor may calculate a base verification score associated with a user based on at least one identification input, the identification input comprising one or more identification features, wherein at least one of the identification features includes a biometric identification feature. The processor of the verification device may receive restricted access information, and may generate a glyph based on the base verification score, the at least one identification input, the selected image, and the restricted access information. The processor of the verification device may associate the glyph with a document.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2017Date of Patent: March 3, 2020Assignee: Certify Global Inc.Inventors: Marc Potash, Preetham Gowda

Patent number: 10243960Abstract: A source device for systems and methods of verifying an authentication based on dynamic scoring is disclosed, wherein the source device is configured to receive at least one identification feature from a user, and to communicate the identification feature to a verification unit. The verification unit is configured to generate a base verification score associated with the user based on at least one identification input, the identification input comprising the identification feature, a feature validity rating, and a source device validity rating, to receive a request to access a service, wherein the verification unit compares the base verification score with a service authorization threshold associated with the service, and to grant access to the service when the base verification score meets the service authorization threshold.Type: GrantFiled: March 3, 2017Date of Patent: March 26, 2019Assignee: Certify Global Inc.Inventors: Marc Potash, Preetham Gowda
