Abstract: An optical volume measurement device includes a main body, a pair of photographic lenses, an optical distance measuring unit and an optical projecting unit. The photographic lenses are disposed on the main body. Each of the photographic lenses has an image acquiring area extended forwardly therefrom and captures images within the image acquiring area separately, and a resolution distance range is formed in front of each photographic lens. Each photographic lens identifies the image within the resolution distance range, and image acquiring areas are overlapped to form a measurement area within the resolution distance range. The optical projecting unit is disposed on the main body and forwardly project an optical alignment indicator in a projection area. The projection area is located in the measurement area within the resolution distance range.

Abstract: A volume measuring apparatus is disclosed and includes a body having a working part and a holding part extended downward from the bottom of the working part, a processor arranged in the body, a first camera, a second camera, and a barcode capturing unit arranged on a front end of the working part, a first button arranged on one side of the holding part, and a second button arranged on a top of the working part. The first button and the second button are different types of button. By respectively operating the first button and the second button, the processor is controlled to perform a measuring action of the volume of a target box or to perform a decoding action of a target barcode based on the image captured by at least one of the first camera, the second camera, and the barcode capturing unit.

Abstract: A volume measuring apparatus having a first camera, a second camera, an emitting unit and a processing unit is disclosed. The processing unit controls the emitting unit to emit invisible structure light, and controls the first and second camera to capture a left and a right image both containing a target-box. The processing unit generates a depth graph according to the left and right image, and scans the depth graph through multiple scanning lines for determining a middle line, a bottom line, a left-sideline, and a right-sideline of the target-box in the depth graph. The processing unit performs scanning, within a range of the middle line, the bottom line, the left-sideline, and the right-sideline, for obtaining a plurality of width information, height information, and length information. The processing unit computes the volume related data of the target-box according to the plurality of width information, height information, and length information.

Abstract: A barcode reading device (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) includes a polygon housing (10, 10a, 10b) and a plurality of barcode reading units (32, 34, 34_1, 34_2); a first window (12) is formed on one surface of the polygon housing (10, 10a, 10b) and a second window (14) is formed of another surface thereof; the barcode reading units (32, 34, 34_1, 34_2) are housed within an accommodating space of the polygon housing (10, 10a, 10b). The base (10) is fixed to the wall. The scanner (20) is connected to the base (10) for scanning the barcodes of the article. The processor (30) is electrically connected to the scanner (20). The displayer (40) is fixed to the base (10) and electrically connected to the processor (30). The displayer (40) is configured to display data processed by the processor (30). The pivoting means (50) is connected between the base (10) and the scanner (20). The scanner (20) is rotatable with respect to the base (10) by using the pivoting means (50) as a center of rotation to thereby adjust the angle of the scanner (20). Thus, the convenience and practicability of the present invention are improved greatly.

Abstract: A system for an asset monitor includes a reader, a tag, and a router. The router actively transmits a location identification to the tag in a coverage area by using a radio frequency (RF). The tag is mounted on an article (or a user). The tag directly sends a signal to the reader or indirectly forwards to the reader via the router when the location identification of the tag is different from a current location identification or the location identification is repeatedly received up to a preset value. The sent signal includes a location identification and a current location identification that are received by the reader to determine the location of the article.
