  • Patent number: 7686153
Abstract: A package temporary storage control mechanism is located between a feeding end and a discharge end of a cuboidal package conveying apparatus, and includes a temporary storage trough, which has two upright plates defining an upper supporting zone and a lower waiting zone therebetween. Two supporting mechanisms are driven to ascend and descend vertically in the supporting zone and each includes a plurality of supporting fingers that can be extended into the supporting zone to locate at a supporting position for receiving and supporting a plurality of cuboidal packages fed from the feeding end to the supporting zone. Two carrying mechanisms are driven to ascend and descend vertically in the waiting zone and each includes a plurality of carrier seats that can be extended into the waiting zone to locate at a carrying position for carrying the cuboidal packages moved downward from the supporting zone.

  • Patent number: 7641142
Abstract: A log multiprocessing apparatus winds a web material around a winding core to form a log. Once the log is about to be completed, the web material is severed to form a tail of the log, and a pattern including at least one glue layer is applied on the tail of the log. The log then is decelerated and the tail is pressed on the log to form a final sealed log of web material.

  • Patent number: 7494086
Abstract: A web material winding machine includes a core tube storage tank, a guiding unit, a transmission means, a web material feeding assembly, a gripping assembly and a second gluing mechanism. A glued core tube is conveyed from the guiding unit to the transmission means and the web material is fed to the transmission means. The transmission means pushes the core tube to move to the gripping assembly and the web material is stuck to the core tube. The web material winds around the working core tube and when the winding is nearly completed, a new core tube is conveyed to the transporting passage and interferes with the feeding speed of the web material, causing the web material to tear along a line of perforations. A tail glue is applied to the web material of the web-wound roll by the second gluing mechanism and a web-wound roll is produced.

  • Patent number: 7469856
Abstract: A tissue paper winding and cutting machine includes a first winding roller, at least one core support plate arranged near the first winding roller to form a channel between them, and a pre-winding roller arranged near and below the first winding roller with a circumferential surface facing toward the first winding roller and protruding into the channel to form a narrowed passage in the channel. The pre-winding roller rotates about a shaft thereof in a direction opposite to a predetermined moving direction of a tissue paper to be wound around cores, and at a rotation speed slower than that of the first winding roller. With the rotation speed difference between the pre-winding roller and the first winding roller, a core moved into the channel is temporarily held at the narrowed passage, so that the tissue paper fed into the channel is wound around the core before being pulled broken.
