Abstract: A method, computing device and computer program product are provided to define a level of assurance in one or more links between patient records that relate to the same person based upon external information. In the context of a method, one or more links are identified between a patient record associated with a person and pre-existing patient records. Each pre-existing patient record has a plurality of demographic attributes associated with a patient. The method identifies one or more links based upon an analysis of the demographic attributes of the person and the respective patients associated with the pre-existing patient records. The method receives external information regarding a relationship between the person and the respective patients associated with the pre-existing patient records or regarding confirmation of an identity of the person. The method also defines a level of assurance in the respective one or more links based upon the external information.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for classifying pages of a document with a linear regression model, and a deep learning (non-linear) model utilizing a neural network. The classification of each page is determined by determining which of the linearly predicted category or the non-linearly predicted category to use, such as for transmission to an auditor. Pages of medical records generated by concatenating reports from distinct sources are classified according to both models, and embodiments determine which classification should be used. The classifications may be optionally smoothed for continuity. The classifications may be sent to auditors and used to review and audit the medical records.

Abstract: The claimed subject matter provides a system and/or a method that facilitates completing multiple electronic document applications. An interface component can receive two or more electronic documents, wherein each electronic document includes at least two or more questions with respective fill-in fields to be completed by a user input. A master field component can create a master field list that includes a first subset of questions and a second subset of questions and the first subset of questions is targeted toward a first user to answer and the second subset of questions are targeted toward second user to answer. A user segregation manager component can ensure an independent and secure log in to the master field list for each user to provide information. A form aggregation component can leverage the master field list to populate or update the electronic document.

Abstract: A request for contract documentation is received from a provider computer. One or more classifier values associated with the request are compared to one or more values stored in one or more index cores. Based on the determination that a match exists, one or more contracting documents are retrieved from a contracts database, where the contracts database includes the updated format of each of the contracting documents. A contract template is generated including the one or more contracting documents. The contract template is compiled and communicated for signature and subsequent approval.

Abstract: A method is provided for simulating communication between a client system and application entity via an application interface, thereby enabling integration testing with a simulation apparatus. Data is transmitted from the simulation apparatus to the application entity via the application interface, and the simulation apparatus records outputs along with contexts and respective latencies. The client system transmits requests to the simulation apparatus which returns simulated responses based on the stored outputs having similar contexts, and with artificial latencies replicating the previously recorded latencies. Other events generated in the application entity may also be recorded and simulated accordingly. Reporting and analytical data may be provided to identify potential performance issues and other errors prior to direct integration of the client system and application interface.

Abstract: A system and method for persona management in online environments provides an identity by proxy with trusted parties having portions of the private cryptographic key of the consumer so that the private cryptographic key of the consumer may be generated. The system and method implements the persona management in online environments in one embodiment using an immutable ledger with decentralized transaction consensus and a process to share portions of the private cryptographic key with trusted third parties.

Abstract: Embodiments provided herein provide for customized previews of electronic documents. A template for a particular electronic document may be identified based on document attributes and/or usage parameters. The identified template may define pertinent data to be extracted from structured documents. Portions of documents, including unstructured documents can be provided as a preview such as by rendering an area of the document such as one defined in the template by coordinates or pixels. In this regard, individual users or user groups may configure what data is displayed in a document preview such as by selecting fields and/or by specifying locations of interest within the document. Users can view listings of documents and their respective previews such that the desired document may be identified without rendering complete documents.

Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for facilitating the compilation of measure data. In the context of a method, an example embodiment includes generating, by configuration circuitry of an interpreter, at least one abstract syntax tree based on a CQL file containing measure logic and a CQL grammar file. This example embodiment of the method further includes converting, by the configuration circuitry, the at least one abstract syntax tree into at least one strongly-typed expression tree and storing the at least one strongly-typed expression tree in a memory. Finally, the example embodiment of the method may further include executing, by data evaluation circuitry of the interpreter, the at least one strongly-typed expression tree using retrieved user data. Corresponding apparatuses and computer program products are also provided.

Abstract: A method, computer system and computer program product are provided to associate a record of a person and pre-existing records utilizing multiple matching strategies. The implementation of a plurality of matching strategies includes identifying link(s) between the record of the person and pre-existing records based upon an analysis pursuant to the respective matching strategy of demographic attributes of the person and respective individuals associated with the pre-existing records. The implementation of the plurality of matching strategies also includes associating the record of the person and a set of pre-existing records based upon the respective matching strategy. A relationship is then defined between the person and respective individuals associated with one or more sets of pre-existing records as defined by at least one of the plurality of matching strategies.

Abstract: A method, computing device and computer program product are provided to identify records that are associated with same person, even in instances in which the records are created and stored by different entities. In a method, a plurality of records are received, each having attributes associated with a person. For each record, the method determines a digest by determining a fuzzy representation of one or more of the attributes for the person and then combining representations of the attributes. The method also receives a query relating to a record for the person and determines a digest based upon the attributes of the person. In response to the query, the method identifies one or more records that are associated with respective individuals who are candidates to match the person based upon a comparison of representations of the digests of the records and the person.

Abstract: A user interface navigation system, method and computer program product facilitate the development of and navigation between web pages. In this regard, a memory device maintains, for a web page, a label and an address for the respective web page and data associated with the respective web page. The system also includes user input circuitry to receive a selection of a link to the web page and navigation circuitry to dynamically create and access the web page in response to link selection. The navigation circuitry dynamically creates the web page by accessing the label, the address and the data, creates breadcrumb text to supplement a hyperlink trail to the web page and obtains content for the web page from a location identified by the address and in accordance with the data. The navigation circuitry accesses the web page by causing the web page to be displayed.

An example of the method includes transmitting an access request to a directory services server, the access request comprising user credentials, receiving, in response to validation of the user credentials by the directory services server, a directory services response from the directory services server, the directory services response comprising one or more fields of directory services data generated by the directory services server, translating the directory services response to generate a generic data object, wherein the generic data object comprises one or more values derived from the one or more fields of directory service data included in the directory services response, and providing the generic data object to an application.

Abstract: An event-driven system, method and computer program product are provided to selectively generate events in response to receipt of data elements. The event-driven system includes processing circuitry configured to identify, in response to receipt of one or more data elements, an event that is impacted by the one or more data elements. The processing circuitry is also configured to determine whether at least a threshold number of consumers are currently listening for the event. In an instance in which at least a threshold number of consumers are currently listening for the event, the processing circuitry is configured to perform one or more computations based upon the one or more data elements to generate the event. Otherwise, however, the processing circuitry is configured to at least defer the one or more computations that would be performed upon the one or more data elements to generate the event.
