Abstract: A transgrip spindle assembly includes a ball head coupler. A transgrip arm includes a quick change bore, and a lateral bore opening orthogonally into the quick change bore. A cam lock assembly includes a cylindrical body, and a ball head bore radially penetrating the cylindrical body for alignment with the quick change bore. The cylindrical body is receivable in the transgrip arm. The transgrip arm is coupleable with the transgrip spindle assembly by coupling the ball head coupler with the cylindrical body.
Abstract: Changeover parts are mountable on a modular changeover parts cart characterized by a cart frame having a plurality of rigidly interconnected beams supportable on wheels, and a suspension frame having a plurality of rigidly interconnected vertical struts and beams supportable on the cart frame. A first one of a plurality of mounting components is removably coupleable with the cart frame or the suspension frame for supporting one of a star wheel, a guide, or a timing screw. The first one of the plurality of mounting components is simultaneously orthogonally coupleable with the plurality of beams. The first one of the plurality of mounting components is replaceable by or combinable with a second one of the plurality of mounting components for supporting another of a star wheel, a guide, or a timing screw.

Abstract: An adjustable star and guide conveyor system having adjustable star wheels that accommodate various size containers and an adjustable centerguide assembly that varies the width of the corridor between the wheels and the guide. The star wheel assemblies each include coaxial upper and lower star wheels that cooperate to define the transfer pockets. The size and shape of the transfer pockets are adjusted by rotating the upper and lower wheels with respect to one another. The centerguide assembly includes a pair of siderails that are shaped to follow the contour of the star wheels. The siderails are movable toward and away from the star wheels to vary the width of the corridor between the centerguide assembly and the star wheels.
