    Abstract: Disclosed is a design reference value quantification method for a modifier dosage of modified asphalt. A curve of unsaturation degree of the modified asphalt as a function of the modifier dosage is plotted, in which the unsaturation degree of a series of modified asphalts is determined by potentiometric titration; further, an inflection point of the unsaturation degree of the modified asphalt as a function of the modifier dosage in the asphalt is obtained by data fitting and analysis, and a reference value of the dosage of the modifier added in the process design of the modified asphalt is established.

    Abstract: This paper describes an invention involving an electrochemical discharge-enabled micro-grinding process for micro-components of silicon-based materials. The specific machining method is described below. A micro-grinding tool and an auxiliary electrode are respectively connected to the negative and positive electrodes of a pulsed DC power supply. When the current flows through the loop, an electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) occurs at the micro-grinding tool in the grinding fluid, which generate multiple hydrogen bubbles. The bubbles coalesce into an insulating gas film and separate the micro-grinding tool from the grinding fluid; when the critical voltage is reached, the gas film is broken down and an electrochemical discharge occurs accompanied by discharge spark; under the action of the discharge spark, the surface material of the workpiece in the discharge-affected region is directly ablated to generate a heat-affected layer (HAL), namely, physical modification.

The method includes dispersing a montmorillonite material in an aqueous solution, stirring, concentrating and collecting a concentrated montmorillonite solution for use; adding dopamine hydrochloride to a buffer solution to prepare a dopamine hydrochloride solution, with a concentration of 0.2-1 g/mL, and adjusting the pH value of the dopamine hydrochloride solution; and adding the dopamine hydrochloride solution and the concentrated montmorillonite solution simultaneously into a ball mill jar to form a mixture, and then subjecting the mixture to a ball milling for 0.3-6 hours, pouring the mixture out of the ball mill jar, and subjecting to a solid-liquid separation by a centrifugation, and then washing a solid product with deionized water for 3-6 times, and removing water from the solid product, to obtain the polydopamine-modified montmorillonite nanomaterial.

    Abstract: The invention provides a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composite and a method of preparing same. The PEEK composite is prepared from 55-90 parts by mass of PEEK, 5-30 parts by mass zinc aluminum (ZA) alloy, 5-15 parts by mass graphite, 0.3-1 parts by mass graphene oxide (GO) and a processing additive. The PEEK composite is prepared by the following steps: putting the ZA alloy into an aqueous solution of a quaternary ammonium salt surfactant, ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, washing and drying; dissolving the GO in deionized water, dispersing the ZA alloy in deionized water, and adding a GO solution dropwise to a ZA alloy dispersion to obtain a GO/ZA alloy complex; mixing the PEEK, the GO/ZA alloy complex, the graphite and the processing additive, and drying at 100-120° C. for 3-4 h; and mixing in a mixer, and carrying out compression molding at 380-400° C.
