    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of elevator braking, in particular to an action state detection method and system for an elevator brake, comprising: acquiring matching pairs of brake linings in the same braking state; constructing normal record data sets based on the matching pairs; grouping the normal record data sets based on braking power corresponding to samples in the normal record data sets to determine a median of elevator running speed corresponding to the samples in each group; dividing the operating state levels of the elevator brake according to the size of the median; constructing a data training set; training a constructed network model to obtain a trained network model; acquiring the operating state levels of an elevator to be detected by the trained network model, evaluating the elevator brake according to the operating state levels, and controlling the elevator.

    Abstract: A production monitoring and analysis method based on an image data algorithm includes: obtaining a reconstructed gray histogram according to a gray image of an image where a product identification code is located; obtaining a segmentation threshold of an Otsu algorithm for segmenting the reconstructed gray histogram, obtaining the adjustment of the gray level in the sub-gray histogram according to the number of pixels corresponding to each gray level in the reconstructed gray histogram and the segmentation threshold, correcting the sub-gray histogram to obtain a corrected sub-gray histogram according to the adjustment of the gray level in the sub-gray histogram, the lateral segmentation threshold of the sub-gray histogram, and all the gray levels greater than the lateral segmentation threshold, and obtaining an enhanced gray image according to the corrected sub-gray histogram. The method avoids the loss of original information when using histogram equalization for image enhancement.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a GDSL lipase, genetically-engineered bacteria and an application thereof. The GDSL lipase is derived from Streptomyces diastaticus CS1801 and its amino acid sequence is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2. After construction of a genetically-engineered bacterium strain, a GDSL lipase is generated through fermentation. Through this enzyme, vitamin A and palmitic acid are converted to produce vitamin A palmitate. The content of the vitamin A palmitate obtained from the conversion is 16.35 mg/L at most. The conversion efficiency is 81.75% at most. This lipase provides a new path to synthesize vitamin A palmitate by the enzymatic method and has an important application prospect.

    Abstract: An elevator health state online monitoring method includes: acquiring parameters such as a position, a three-axis acceleration, an inclination angle, and a noise of a car in a running state of an elevator, left and right brake temperatures of a traction machine, and an environment temperature. Parameter measuring devices are installed on a top of the car and at the brake side of the traction machine. The parameters are collected to a cloud database through a wireless network after being acquired, and a judgment result is given through background automatic analysis. The method is mainly used for monitoring whether key mechanical parts of the elevator are abnormal or not, including guide rail deformation, guide shoe abrasion, car sliding, brake abrasion, adhesion, and the like. This way the health state of the elevator can be automatically monitored, and early warning can be carried out in time when abnormity is found.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a lipase-producing strain and application thereof. The strain is classified and named Bacillus subtilis CS1802, with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2018262. The strain can be used to produce vitamin A palmitate through whole-cell transformation of vitamin A and palmitic acid. The Bacillus subtilis CS1802 of the present invention is derived from traditional natural fermented food and is a microorganism generally recognized as safe. The strain can be easily cultured and preserved. The highest content of vitamin A palmitate obtained through whole-cell transformation of vitamin A and palmitic acid is 15.35 mg/L. The highest transformation efficiency is 76.75%. The strain provides a new path for enzymatic synthesis of vitamin A palmitate and has important application prospects.
