Abstract: The present application provides an electrical self-balancing scooter, comprising two wheels mounted on a wheel shaft, and a support frame located between the two wheels, wherein, the support frame comprises a bar mounted on the wheel shaft, whith a handle part mounted on an upper end of the bar through a rotation mechanism, the rotation mechanism comprises a stator mounted on the bar and a rotor that is rotable relative to the stator, the handle part is fixed on the rotor, the rotation mechanism is provided with an angle measurement device to measure a rotation angle of the rotor.
