Abstract: A method for controlling an electronic cigarette to take account of a malfunctioning or non-functioning airflow sensor includes sensing airflow through the electronic cigarette and generating a signal according to each airflow or inhalation. The signal causes a first time counter (first stopwatch) to begin counting and the atomizer is operable, until a preset time period has been counted. Other preset time periods can be set to begin and be counted after combinations of signals and periods have occurred, to allow user to continue using electronic cigarette in a normal manner.

Abstract: An electronic cigarette includes a microprocessor, a battery module and a heating element. The battery module is electrically connected to the heating element and supplies power to the heating element with a first output parameter. The electronic cigarette further includes a sensing module, connected to the microprocessor and disposed in a smoke outlet passage of the electronic cigarette, for detecting the concentration of an analyte and sending it to the microprocessor. The microprocessor stores a preset threshold, the microprocessor receives the concentration of the analyte detected by the sensing module, and further determines the relationship between the concentration of the analyte and the preset threshold. When the concentration of the analyte is higher than or equal to the preset threshold, the microprocessor controls the battery module to supply power to the heating element with a second output parameter, wherein the second output parameter is smaller than the first output parameter.

Abstract: An electronic cigarette has an atomizing device and a battery device electrically connected to the atomizing device. The atomizing device has a connecting assembly connected to the battery device, a movable assembly rotatable about the connection assembly, and a locking mechanism disposed between the movable assembly and the connecting assembly, the locking mechanism is capable of releasing the locking between the movable assembly and the connecting assembly under external force, to make the movable assembly rotate circumferentially around the axis of the connecting assembly, to achieve alignment between the atomizing device and the battery device. When the locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the user can align the atomizing device with the battery device by rotating the movable assembly so that the assembled electronic cigarette has a more pleasant appearance and more convenient to handle after the alignment.

Abstract: An automatic manual electronic cigarette includes a battery assembly, an atomizing assembly, a manual switch assembly, an automatic switch assembly and an automatic manual shift assembly. The automatic manual shift assembly includes a shift key and a control board. The control board has a manual control contact and an automatic control contact. When the shift key is electrically connected to the manual control contact, the battery assembly is controlled by the manual switch assembly to supply power to the atomizing assembly; when the switch key is electrically connected to the automatic control contact, the battery assembly is controlled by the automatic switch assembly to supply power to the atomizing assembly. As such, the automatic manual electronic cigarette integrates two functions of manual control and automatic control.

Abstract: A mouthpiece and an atomizing device including the mouthpiece are provided, the mouthpiece includes an upper cover body, a sensor assembly and a base, where both the upper cover body and the base are hollow structures which open at both ends; the upper cover body is sleeved on one end of the base; an inner surface of the upper cover body and an inner surface of the base jointly define an inner cavity of the mouthpiece; the sensor assembly is fixed in the inner cavity of the mouthpiece; an air passage gap is formed in the inner cavity of the mouthpiece; and the sensor assembly includes at least one sensor that functions to detect the temperature or humidity or both of the smoke. The mouthpiece can detect the temperature and/or humidity of the smoke in real time.

Abstract: An atomizing head includes a heating assembly and an atomizing sleeve, the atomizing sleeve includes a first chamber and a second chamber in communication with each other, and the external airflow is successively flowing through the first chamber and the second chamber, and take away smoke formed by the aerosol forming substrate atomized by the heating assembly. The first chamber and the second chamber are spaced apart to effectively separate the airflow drawn from the outside with the second chamber. Since the airflow is completely passed through the entire atomizing head, it is difficult to form an effusion, the temperature of the heating element is substantially uniform everywhere, the airflow of the present disclosure is smooth, the heat conduction effect is good. In addition, the present disclosure uses a double heating assemblies, the amount of smoke is large and it is difficult to form an effusion.

Abstract: An atomizer changes the inflow and outflow direction by adding a shunt tube. The external air passes through the bottom of the atomizing chamber to the top of the atomizing chamber, carrying out the smoke in the atomizing chamber. In another atomizer, the air outlet pipe extends directly to the bottom of the atomizing chamber, where it is connected to the air inlet passage in the air intake member. As such, the smoke in the atomizing chamber can be carried out by the external air.

The pushing member is arranged between the clamping member and the cover or at one end of the clamping; the ejector pin ejects the pushing member to enable the clamping member to move relative to the cover or enable the latching member to move relative to the body and thus unsnapping the latching member and the clamping member.

At least a part of the infiltration detecting assembly is attached or adjacent to a liquid guide, or is inserted into the liquid guide. The infiltration detecting assembly is configured to detect a related physical quantity X, and feed back the related quantity X to the controller. The controller is configured to calculate a degree of infiltration Q according to a data as to a relationship between Q and X, and compare values of Q and a first threshold value Q1. If Q<Q1, a heater is controlled not to heat. If Q?Q1, the heater is controlled to heat. The switch shuts off or opens the electrical connection between a power module and a heater. An electronic cigarette which includes the infiltration detecting apparatus is also disclosed, together with a method of controlling an electronic cigarette.

A processor can acquire aN, N and tN, and loss calculation formula, and the loss data to calculate the operating loss dN and the total loss DN, then store dN and DN. Total loss DN is compared with the preset threshold value, and an alarming device transmits alarm signal if DN is equal to or greater than the preset threshold value.

Abstract: A heating assembly, an atomizing head, an atomizer, and an electronic cigarette are disclosed. The heating assembly includes two or more laminated heating plates, each heating plate is provided with through hole(s) and/or through groove(s), the gap between the adjacent heating plates is capillary gap, the through hole and/or the through groove of the heating plates are at least partially in communication with the through hole and/or the through groove of the adjacent heating plates. The heating plate, the atomizing head, the atomizer, and the electronic cigarette of the present disclosure use the capillary gap between adjacent heating fins for liquid guiding. Compared with the conventional liquid guiding cotton or glass fiber, there is no odor, and there is no risk that the user in smoke the capillary fiber.
