Abstract: A hook storage device is provided for locking a hung object against unauthorized removal. The device includes a J-shaped storage hook formed from a single length of rod stock. A closed eyelet is formed at a hook point end and an open eyelet is formed at a hook head end. A support eyebolt has a shank which can be fastened into a support, and a head terminating in a closed eyelet. In use, a flexible cable passes through the closed hook eyelet, through an object hung upon the hook, and through the closed eyebolt eyelet. A lock can be secured to cable ends to positively lock the storage hook, hung object, eyebolt, cable and lock itself together in a nondetachable, positively locked assembly.

Abstract: A staple for attaching drop-wire molding or the like to a telephone pole is provided. To provide strength and easy, true driving action, a straight bight portion and mediate portions of perpendicular tines have opposed flat surfaces which intersect opposed rounded surfaces. Tapering tine tongues are partly defined by inner flat surfaces which intersect the outer surfaces in the same plane as the extended outer flat surfaces of the tine mediate and tine tongue portions. To encourage staple retention, ratchet-like teeth are formed on the outer tine tongue surfaces.

Abstract: A tool holder is disclosed for mounting garden tools and the like on a garage wall pegboard or similar site. The holder includes a standard having a pair of outwardly and upwardly flaring tool-supporting arms. To mount this standard on the pegboard, a bracket has a platform shaped for superimposition over a mediate standard web. Tabs extending from bracket platform bases engage holes formed in the pegboard.

Abstract: The embodiment of the invention disclosed herein is directed to an article support device having a base to support a frame member extending therefrom. A first group of bracket assemblies are secured to the frame member in alignment to support shelves extending thereacross. A second group of similar bracket assemblies are secured to the frame member to provide rigid coupling between the frame member and the base. The bracket assemblies comprise two similar bracket elements L-shaped in their plan view and L-shaped in their cross-section. The two bracket elements are positioned relative to one another to form a U-shaped cross-section with the two bracket elements overlapping at a bight portion. Apertures are formed in each of the bracket elements to overlap at the bight portion. The apertures are oversized and, when the bracket elements are overlapped, the effective diameter of the apertures is reduced to receive a fastener of appropriate size.
