Abstract: A frying pan having an arced opening for pouring out cooked stuff, which is formed to the extent of a peripheral portion of a flange that outwardly projects from a periphery of the pan side wall, and having a spill opening formed on at least one end of the flange by gradually narrowing the flange from the periphery of the side wall toward the end of the upper surface of the spill opening.
