    Abstract: A method for tracking goods of a value chain originating from a location is provided. The method includes verifying that the goods is in a 3D environment at the location, capturing an image of the goods at the location when the goods is verified to be in the 3D environment, and obtaining location data of the image taken at the location where the image is captured and associating the location data to the image, such that the location of the goods is tracked. A system thereof is also provided.
