    Abstract: A low cost moisture curable sealer and adhesive composition containing a polymer having reactive silyl groups and a bituminous material and having many advantages over conventional moisture cure sealer compositions, including greater elastomeric properties, improved flexibility and pliability, lower durometer, faster and deeper cure, low temperature cure. The composition is also free of carcinogens such as coal tar, toxic isocyanates, and volatile solvents.
