    Abstract: A solvent emulsion type cleaner concentrate provides effective cleaning at recommended water dilutions of 896:1. The concentrate comprises about 30-60 parts by weight of an ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether solvent, together with inorganic alkaline solids and small amounts of two or more solids-suspending surfactants. The concentrate is non-flammable, ecologically acceptable, relatively non-toxic, and has corrosion inhibiting properties.
