The insulating housing has a base portion, and a tongue portion protruded frontward from a front surface of the base portion. The conductive terminals are received in the insulating housing, and front ends of the conductive terminals are exposed to the tongue portion. The shielding plate is received in the insulating housing. The ground element is for being connected between the shielding plate and ground. The ground element is received in the insulating housing. The ground element has a touch portion contacting the shielding plate.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals located in the insulating housing, a main shielding shell and an auxiliary shell. The insulating housing has a main body, and a tongue portion protruded frontward from a front surface of the main body. The main shielding shell surrounds the main body and the tongue portion of the insulating housing. The main shielding shell has a main plate, a bottom plate and two lateral plates. A middle of the bottom plate defines an avoiding gap. The auxiliary shell has a base plate, and two flanks extended outward from two opposite sides of the base plate. The two flanks are fastened to bottom surfaces of two side walls of the avoiding gap and the base plate is located under the avoiding gap.

Abstract: A waterproof connector applied in an electronic device which includes a case body. The waterproof connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive terminals fastened to the insulating housing, a first shell surrounding the insulating housing together with the conductive terminals, a second shell covering the first shell and a waterproof element. A front edge of the second shell is bent outward to form a blocking portion. The waterproof element includes a first waterproof element, and a second waterproof element which is waterproof adhesive. The first waterproof element tightly loops around an outer surface of the front end of the first shell. The first waterproof element tightly abuts against an inner wall of the case body and the blocking portion. The waterproof adhesive is poured into and seals up a clearance among rear ends of the insulating housing, the conductive terminals and the first shell.

Abstract: A battery box structure includes an enclosure which defines a first receiving groove, a first circuit board, a push button elastically disposed between the enclosure and the first circuit board, and a battery holder. At least one pair of conductive terminals is fastened to the first circuit board. A tail end of each of the conductive terminals is arched downward to form a resilient contact portion. The battery holder includes at least one pair of conductive pads. A bottom end of the push button is buckled with a top end of the battery holder. The battery holder is assembled in the first receiving groove. Each of the conductive pads electrically contacts the resilient contact portion. When the push button is pressed rearward, the bottom end of the push button breaks away from the top end of the battery holder. The battery holder is automatically ejected out of the enclosure.

Abstract: A receptacle connector assembly includes a plurality of receptacle connectors stacked up and down and fastened together. The receptacle connector includes a first terminal module, two second terminal modules, two middle shielding plates, two docking modules, and a shielding shell surrounding the first terminal module, the second terminal modules, the middle shielding plates and the docking modules. The first terminal module includes a first base block which has a first fastening portion. Two side surfaces of the first fastening portion protrude upward and outward to form two flanks. Each of the second terminal modules has a second base block. Each of the middle shielding plates is mounted between one of the flanks and the corresponding second base block. The two docking modules are mounted to the first terminal module, the two middle shielding plates and the two second terminal modules.

Abstract: A connector terminal includes a holding portion, an elastic arm portion connected to a front end of the holding portion. The holding portion and the elastic arm portion as a whole show an outward arc shape, a front end of the elastic arm portion protrudes inward to form a contact portion, a rear end of the holding portion is bent and extended inward and then extended rearward to form an abutting portion, the thickness of the holding portion and the elastic arm portion becomes gradually smaller from the holding portion to the front end of the elastic arm portion.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes a dielectric body, a plurality of terminals integrally molded to the dielectric body, an insulating housing, two shielding elements, and a shielding shell surrounding the dielectric body, the insulating housing and the shielding elements. The insulating housing has a top wall, a bottom wall, two side walls and a rear wall. A top surface of the top wall and a bottom surface of the bottom wall of the insulating housing are recessed inward to form two fastening cavities. The dielectric body together with the terminals is assembled to the insulating housing. The two shielding elements are fastened to the two fastening cavities, respectively.

Abstract: A camera module includes a main circuit board defining a nonopaque area, a lens socket, a lens assembly, a sub circuit board and an image-sensing chip. The lens socket is mounted on a top surface of the main circuit board. The lens assembly assembled in the lens socket, includes at least one imaging lens which makes an optical axis formed by the lens assembly penetrate through the nonopaque area. The sub circuit board is adhered to a bottom surface of the main circuit board and is electrically connected with the main circuit board. The image-sensing chip is fastened in and is electrically connected with the sub circuit board. The method for manufacturing the camera module is described hereinafter. Prepare a main circuit board. Prepare an image-sensing chip and a sub circuit board. Prepare a lens socket and a lens assembly.

Terminal grooves are defined in a top wall of the fixing cavity and a bottom surface of the extending portion and communicates with the inserting chamber and the fixing cavity. The terminals include first terminals and second terminals integratedly molded in the second housing. The second housing with the first terminals and the second terminals are fixed in the fixing cavity. The first terminals and the second terminals pass through the terminal grooves and extending into the inserting chamber.

Abstract: A manufacturing method for a hanging structure of a hands-free mount is disclosed. The hands-free mount includes a mount body and a hanging arm. The mount body is formed by a bottom shell and a top shell coupled mutually. The hanging arm includes a metal substrate and inner and outer coatings wrapping the metal substrate. The outer coating has a chamfered end located outside the bottom shell and inclined at an angle. The manufacturing method for the hanging structure of the hands-free mount uses an over-molding process to fully wrap the stainless steel core, so as to endow the hanging structure with good appearance and soft touch and prevent the product from rusting. Using the hanging structure as the hanging arm, the hands-free mount has improved firmness, appearance and touch.

Abstract: A receptacle connector includes a first terminal assembly, a second terminal assembly mounted on the first terminal assembly with front parts of second terminals being located over front parts of first terminals, a tongue board assembly mounted between the first terminal assembly and the second terminal assembly, and an insulating housing molded outside the first terminal assembly, the second terminal assembly and the tongue board assembly. The tongue board assembly includes an insulating body positioning the front parts of the first terminals and the second terminals in bottom and top faces thereof. Front ends of the first terminals and the second terminals are exposed outside top and bottom faces of a tongue board of the insulating housing, wherein the tongue board together with the front ends of the first terminals and the second terminals are about a horizontal center plane of the tongue board.

The terminal module together with the middle shielding piece is assembled to the insulating housing. The middle shielding piece has a base plate. Two portions of two opposite sides of the base plate extend outward and then extend frontward to form two lateral arms. An upper end of a rear surface of each of the lateral arms meanders rearward to form a soldering portion projecting out of the insulating housing. A thickness of the soldering portion is thinner than thicknesses of the base plate and the lateral arms.
