The heating unit is connected with the drain electrode of the first MOSFET, the drain electrode of the first MOSFET transmits a heating current to the heating unit. A heating voltage is generated at an output terminal of the short circuit detection module. The control unit is connected with and controls the power unit, the monitoring unit, the switch unit and the heating unit. When the heating voltage is greater than a critical value of the heating voltage, the control unit turns off the first MOSFET.

A spoon-shaped pattern block group is across the center of the tire tread and each interlaced and mapped sideway along the center of the tire tread formed by upper and lower long spoon-shaped pattern block groups. The two spoon-shaped patterns are coupled from a head block to a handle block and bent at the tire shoulder to couple the sidewall pattern formed by the upper and lower sidewall pattern blocks which are formed by a quadrilateral block of two protrusions and three recessed blocks to overcome rough terrains and provide excellent mud and water removing performance.

    Abstract: A method is provided to fabricate a high-power module. A non-touching needle is used to paste a slurry on a heat-dissipation substrate. The slurry comprises nano-silver particles and micron silver particles. The ratio of the two silver particles is 9:1˜1:1. The slurry is pasted on the substrate to be heated up to a temperature kept holding. An integrated chip (IC) is put above the substrate to form a combined piece. A hot presser processes thermocompression to the combined piece to form a thermal-interface-material (TIM) layer with the IC and the substrate. After heat treatment, the TIM contains more than 99 percent of pure silver with only a small amount of organic matter. No volatile organic compounds would be generated after a long term of use. No intermetallic compounds would be generated while the stability under high temperature is obtained. Consequently, embrittlement owing to procedure temperature is dismissed.
