Abstract: An ejection mechanism of card connector includes a guiding wall, a cam member, a slider, a spring and a supporting shaft. The guiding wall, the cam member and the slider engage each other. The spring acts resilience on the guiding wall. So the ejection mechanism of card connector can provides a back and forth movement in the process of loading and unloading the card. Further, the slider forms a pressed member, and the spring is located compactly between the pressed member and the guiding wall. The supporting shaft passes through the spring, one end engages one of the pressed member and the guiding wall, the other end moves back and forth relatively to the other of the pressed member and the guiding wall. In this way, the spring can be supported and positioned.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a DNA vaccine and its method of preparation, which employs DNA recombination technique to co-incorporate a fragment of tumor-associated gene and a fragment of cytokine gene into a vector. The administration of such DNA vaccine may enhance the immune response of the host through the co-expression of tumor-associated antigen and cytokine, and thereby achieve the therapeutic effect of inhibiting or retarding tumor growth.
Abstract: A method for rapidly identifying porcine estrogen receptor (ESR) marker comprises using published primers to amplify the target DNA fragment by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The DNA fragment is cloned and then sequenced. The key positions of the sequence are modified to generate three primers which are used to amplify different DNA fragments with different genotypes by PCR to eliminate extra restriction cut reaction. A long one of the primers is to specifically amplify non-prolific allele, a short one of the primers is to specifically amplify prolific allele, and the remaining one is mutual and complimentary to the sequence. After PCR and electrophoresis, the sample with 90 bp band is identified as prolific genotype, the sample with 110 bp band is identified as non-prolific genotype, and the sample with 90 bp and 110 bp bands is identified as hetero-genotype.
Abstract: A pair of gardening shears includes two expandable handles, each handle being formed of an oval outer tube, an oval inner tube, and a grip rotatably fastened to the lower end of the outer tube. The inner tube is slidably fitted at the lower end into the upper end of the outer tube in conjunction with a locating structure including a threaded rod fastened at the lower end to the grip, an upper arresting block, a lower arresting block, and a spring located between the two arresting blocks, which are actuated by the threaded rod to arrest the inner tube at the time when the grip is turned counterclockwise. The inner tube is relieved of the pressures exerting thereon by the two arresting blocks at the time when the grip is tuned clockwise.
Abstract: This invention discloses a lead-free Sn—Zn—Al—Ag solder alloy, which is composed of 7-10 wt % of Zn, up to 0.5 wt % of Al, up to 4.0 wt % of Ag, and the balance of Sn; and a lead-free Sn—Zn—Al—Ag—Ga solder alloy, which is composed of 7-10 wt % of Zn, up to 0.5 wt % of Al, up to 4.0 wt % of Ag, up to 4.0 wt % of Ga; and the balance of Sn. The lead-free solder alloys of the present invention have better tensile strength and elongation than the conventional Sn—Pb solder alloys. In addition, the lead-free solder alloys of the present invention have a melting point lower than 200° C., which is close to the 183.5° C. of an eutectic Sn—Pb alloy.

Abstract: The present invention provides an electric heat sealing apparatus which comprises an upper support board, a lower support board and a lateral board which define a moving space therebetween. A sealing plate is placed in the moving space and can be driven by a set of drivers to move vertically in the space. A sealing portion and a cutting portion extent downwardly from a rim of the sealing plate and a narrow groove is formed therebetween. On the course of packing, plastic films can be sealed and cut simultaneously owing to a vertical movement of the cutting and the sealing portions. Further, a neat and airtight sealing effect can be achieved due to the design of the narrow groove.
