    Abstract: A single-ended read random access memory including a plurality of memory units, a clock generator, a bit line load circuit, a control processing unit, and a sensing unit is revealed. The memory units are coupled to a bit line and the clock generator is for generating a clock signal. The bit line load circuit charges the memory units to an operating voltage according to the clock signal. The control processing unit controls at least one of the memory units according to the clock signal to make the memory unit store a stored voltage according to the operating voltage. The sensing unit generates a sensing threshold according to the clock signal and a data dependency, and outputs a data signal according to the sensing threshold and the stored voltage. The operating voltage includes a noise whose ratio to the operating voltage is inversely proportional to the operating voltage.

The magnet is held in the holding room of the base body with the magnetic poles thereof being located in a kind of only certain way. When assembling the magnet connector, the magnetic body is partly attracted in the receiving cavity of the base body by the magnet and then is assembled to the magnet connector with the magnetic poles thereof being uniformly arranged in a kind of only certain way after mass production of the magnet connector.

    Abstract: A method for separating charged particles in a liquid sample is disclosed. The method includes the steps of driving the liquid sample containing a plurality of charged particles to flow, forming a non-uniform electric field in the direction relative to the flow direction of the liquid sample by two electrodes, and aggregating the charged particles under the non-uniform electric field so as to separating the charged particles from the liquid sample. When the liquid sample flows through the non-uniform electric field, it doesn't contact to the electrodes. A device and its manufacturing method for separating charged particles in a liquid sample are also disclosed, Accordingly, the charged particles can be separated from the liquid sample easily and more effectively.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a polymer film with the photonic crystal structure includes a mixing step for at least mixing an achiral liquid crystal (LC), a chiral dopant, a monomer and a photo initiator together to form an LC-monomer mixture, at least one exposure step for exposing the LC-monomer mixture through a mask, at least one diffusion step for diffusing the monomer from the area around one of the exposure areas to the exposure area, and a LC removing step for removing the achiral LC to form the polymer film. By implementing the diffusion step after the exposure step, the polymerization rate of the monomers is enhanced so as to increase the proportion of the polymer in the polymer film and raise the imprint rate of chirality. Therefore, the polymer film can reveal stronger photonic crystal structure and property of Bragg reflection when it is not filled with any fluid.

    Abstract: The invention provides an electrocardiogram signal compression and de-compression system. The invention uses the sign characteristics of the coefficients of the discrete cosine transform type IV and the characteristics of quantization of spectrum to perform the differential pulse code modulation of the spectrum for preserving the high frequency characteristics of the spectrum of the discrete Fourier transform. The invention also uses the Huffman coding to increase the compression ratio. Different from the conventional compression technology, the invention uses the fact that the quantization values of the spectrum in the high frequency are almost the same to increase the compression ratio and preserve the characteristics of high frequency components of the spectrum.
