Abstract: A burnishing element is clamped to a lower surface of a bottom plate of a sanding machine and placed into tension through use of a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism that are positioned at two ends of the bottom plate, respectively. At least one of the first and second clamping mechanisms has a clamping element and a tensioning element which is used for tensioning the burnishing element. The bottom plate has a clamping area. The ends of the burnishing element are supported on the clamping area when the burnishing element is in placed into tension by the tensioning element.

Abstract: A power tool according to the present invention comprising a working head including a working element, the working head is mounted on a first shaft with a first axis and can be rotated about the first axis, a gripping part, an adjusting mechanism connected between the working head and the gripping part, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises at least a first transmission element and a second transmission element which are engaged with each other, the first transmission element is connected fixedly to the working head and mounted on the first shaft, the second transmission element is mounted on a hollow rod with an axis, the hollow rod can be rotated relative to the gripping part, a lock for collectively locking the angular position of the working head mounted on the hollow rod. The arrangement simplifies the structure of the power tool, while facilitating the adjusting operation.

Abstract: An auto hammer includes a housing having a grip, a head assembly arranged on one end of the housing, a motor mounted within the housing, a switch arranged on the housing for controlling the motor. The head assembly includes a striking device having a receiving cavity which comprises a locking mechanism. When the receiving cavity is retracted into the housing and locked by pressing the locking pin downwardly, with the striking rod being revealed to increase the visibility of the striking rod. During operation, the objects to be processed, such as tenons and bricks, may be impacted by the striking rod in a linear reciprocating manner, so that the function of the tool can be expanded, without being limited to knocking the fastening pieces into the objects to be processed.

Abstract: A tile saw comprises a frame, a primary table moveably supported by the frame for supporting a work-piece to be cut, a water tray located under the primary table, a supporting arm mounted on the frame, and a cutting device supported by the supporting arm. The primary table also includes first and second connecting edges and a secondary table which may be removably attached, without the use of tools, to either the first or second connecting edge of the primary table. When the secondary table is attached, the supporting area for the work-piece is increased resulting in increased stability and increased cutting accuracy.

Abstract: A sander according to the present application provides a sander with a rotatable plate which can be locked by hand. Specifically, the sander of the present application has a main body and a sanding head mounted below the main body. The main body has a housing, a motor and a coupling mechanism contained in the housing. The sanding head has a sanding plate rotatably connected to the base plate and the base plate and/or the sanding plate may be connected to the coupling mechanism. The base plate may also have a locking means to lock the sanding plate. The sanding head of the present application may also have a rotatable sanding plate to allow for more efficient use of the sanding paper and a locking means that can be used to lock the sanding plate to provide simpler, easier and more reliable manual locking.

Abstract: An electric hammer includes a striking device having a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism includes a clamping element, a sliding element, a first biasing device and a second biasing device. The sliding element is provided with a guide portion in which the clamping element is slidable between a first position where the clamping element is closed and a second position where the clamping element is opened. The biasing force generated by the first biasing device is smaller than that of the second biasing device when the clamping element is in the opened position.

Abstract: The router of the present invention includes a motor housing for enclosing a motor, a support foot for receiving the motor housing, and an adjustment rod mounted to the support foot. The adjustment rod includes a first engagement part and the motor housing includes a second engagement part matched with the first engagement part. The adjustment rod can move between a first position where the first engagement part engages the second engagement part, and a second position where the first engagement part disengages from the second engagement part. As a result, both a fine and a coarse cutting depth adjustment are performed conveniently and easily.

Abstract: An auto hammer includes a housing having a grip, a head assembly arranged on one end of the housing, a motor mounted within the housing, a switch arranged on the housing for controlling the motor. There are at least two hand-holding positions on the housing where the switch can be triggered. The auto hammer may therefore be held by hands at a plurality of positions and will thereby be suitable for use in various circumstances.

The upper housing section is connected with the lower housing section through a damping means including at least a damping element positioned on the inner surface the upper housing section and on the periphery of the motor housing section, the damping element engaged with engagement member. The arrangement of the damping means simplifies the connection between the upper and lower housing sections, while effectively reducing the vibrations in the horizontal and vertical directions when the sander is in use.

Abstract: A circular saw has a housing, a direct current motor, a battery assembly, a handle having first and second ends, a circular saw blade and a base plate. The motor is located outside of an area defined by the radius of the circular blade and between the first and second ends of the handle and the blade is laterally aligned with the handle. The circular saw also has a center of gravity which lies close to the plane defined by the saw blade, is below the handle and is within the length of the base plate. As a result of this arrangement, the circular saw of the present invention reduces the influence of the torque created during a cutting operation and improves the balance and operation of the circular saw.

Abstract: A protection circuit suitable for electrical instruments includes a software detecting circuit, a logic AND circuit, a driver and control circuit for engine operating power components, and a hardware detecting circuit connected with the logic AND circuit. Both the software detecting circuit and the hardware detecting circuit monitor the state of an operating switch and provide signals to the logic AND circuit. Only when the state of the switch changes from opened to closed and both detecting circuits determine that this state is correct will the driver and control circuit signal the engine to operate. Furthermore, by connecting two or more power components in serial at the same time, the engine will not work by accident and the machine will not be out of control when any one of the power components is damaged.
