Abstract: A system for asset management is presented. The system comprises a transaction device. The transaction device may include a body member, a printed circuit board (PCB), a controller, a first co-controller, and one or more of another co-controller. The PCB may store onboard user data associated with remote user data stored by a data center. The first co-controller may store security keys associated with one or more of an asset, the remote user data, and the onboard user data. The one or more other co-controller(s) may store a predetermined subset of the security keys. The PCB may be operable to receive a transaction request from the third-party device. The one or more other co-controller(s) may be operable to perform a verification procedure to generate a verification result signal. The controller may be operable to send a portion of the onboard user data and the transaction request to the data center.
