Furthermore, the system and method transmits the installation file to the second mobile electronic device, in response to the determination that the software application is available at no cost, and installs the software application in the second mobile electronic device according to the installation file and the installation record.

Furthermore, the electronic device detects a directional movement of the fingerprint according to the sequence of fingerprint images and the fingerprint template image. A scroll bar of the electronic device is controlled to move according to the movement direction and a movement distance calculated by the electronic device.
