Abstract: A pipe clamping apparatus of a pipe processing machine includes first and second slide rails on inner and outer end surfaces of the clamping apparatus, a turntable with slot openings, first and second rotating rings with a gear rack, plural linkage modules and plural clamping components. A rod of the pneumatic cylinder is fixed to the inner end surface; the pneumatic cylinder has a rack engaged with the gear rack and is fixed to a block having an oblique slot and a rail slot; and the clamping component has a claw, a slider passing through the slot opening and oblique slot, and a rail slot. Air drives the pneumatic cylinder to move, while the rack is driving the first or second rotating rings to move the opposite pneumatic cylinder in an opposite direction, and the slider slides in the oblique slot to drive the claw to clamp the pipe.

Abstract: A pipe end clamping apparatus includes a first pneumatic cylinder, a second pneumatic cylinder and a clamping component. The first pneumatic cylinder includes a first piston in the first cylinder body, first and second air chambers corresponding to the first and second air inlets respectively, and a first plunger rod installed to the first piston. The second pneumatic cylinder includes a second piston in the second cylinder body, third and fourth air chambers corresponding to the third and fourth air inlets respectively, and, a second plunger rod installed to the second piston. The clamping component has a clamping seat and a clamping component in the housing and pumps air into different air inlets of the first or second pneumatic cylinder to control the first or second piston to displace in the first and second cylinder bodies, so as to control clamping the clamping component or loosening the pipe.

Abstract: A pipe feeding mechanism includes a rack, a power source, first and second planetary gears, a clutch for releaseably securing an output shaft to an input shaft in the first planetary gear, and a brake for releaseably blocking rotation of a sun gear of the first planetary gear; the input shaft of the first planetary gear is connected to the power source; the first planetary gear will be stopped from functioning, and the output shaft thereof rotated at a same speed as the input shaft thereof during a return stroke of pipe feeding cycle after the clutch is switched to a clutching position, and the brake device a releasing position; the first planetary gear will be allowed to function together with the second planetary gear to increase output torque during a forward stroke after the clutch is switched to a releasing position, and the brake device a braking position.

Abstract: A feeding mechanism of a pipe bending machine is equipped with several auxiliary hydraulic cylinders in addition to an original power source for providing power to feed a pipe; the auxiliary hydraulic cylinders are joined to an auxiliary fixing member at output rods thereof, which fixing member is displaceable along a toothed locating rod secured on the bending machine, and is equipped with an engaging device capable of releaseably engaging the toothed locating rod to fix the fixing member in position; thus, the feeding mechanism can feed a pipe with increased force output when the fixing member is made unmovable along the locating rod by the engaging device, and when the auxiliary hydraulic cylinders operate.

Abstract: A lifting mechanism for a head member of a pipe bender includes a connecting block and an oil cylinder. The connecting block is fixedly connected to the head member. The oil cylinder is horizontally fitted to the main body of the pipe bender. The connecting block is equipped with a propped block on the bottom. The propped block has several spaced horizontal propped surfaces on the bottom thereof which are formed at different heights with slopes formed in between. Wheels are fitted to an outer end of the piston rod of the cylinder to prop up the propped block. Therefore, when die cylinder operates for the wheels to move relative to the propped block, the head member can be adjusted in height together with the connecting block. The piston rod stops moving when the wheels are positioned under a selected one of the horizontal propped surfaces.
