  • Patent number: 9506645
Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods of 70 (seventy) CFM (cubic feet per minute) ventilation fans for bathrooms with recessed can with light and having the motor partially inside and beneath the blower wheel. A housing for the bath fan can be attached to joists in the ceiling by a long telescoping mounting brackets. The motor and blower wheel can be attached to a mounting plate inside of the housing, which can be removed as a single unit to allow the motor to be easily replaced or repaired, and also to allow for the inside of the housing to be inspected during and after installation of the exhaust fan. A ring about the light can have vents that receive incoming air into the fan, which is exhausted therefrom by the blower. Seals such as elastomeric rings can seal the bottom of the can to the light, and the top end of the can to the decorative ring shaped pan. A vertical panel can separate a first compartment having the motor and blower from a second adjacent compartment having the light.

  • Patent number: 9416989
Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods of 80/90 CFM ventilation exhaust fans for bathrooms with telescoping side extension brackets and side by side electric driven motor and blower wheel, and being used with or without lights. The exhaust fans can include a single main housing, that allows for a blower housing to support the motor and a blower wheel in a side by side arrangement. The exhaust fans can further include an outside wiring box that is externally located to the main housing. The wiring box can have support male plugs and female receptacles for supplying an electrical power supply to the electric motor and light. The side extension brackets can include telescoping members that allow the exhaust fans to be easily attached to structural members inside of a ceiling so that the exhaust fan has a vent cover attached to the ceiling. Inside of the exhaust fans can be light box with closed sides and bottom which prevents incoming air from passing directly onto the lights.

  • Patent number: 9362636
Abstract: Electrical wiring connector assemblies, devices, systems, apparatus, and methods for establishing circuit connections between insulated wire conductors without removing the insulation from the conductors, such as attaching a power conductor cable to multiple lights such as those used with pathway and landscape lights, and the like. The connector can include two legs hinged together with placement and penetrating members on the insides of the legs which when pushed together by squeezing the legs can penetrate the insulated layer of the insulated wire conductor to establish an electrical connection. Pivotable wire lead ports allow for wire leads to other lights to be hooked to the insulated wire conductor.

  • Patent number: 9279428
Abstract: Devices, apparatus, systems, and methods for the quick installation of ceiling fan blades for ceiling fans. The invention uses a blade with three slots running in a linear direction from the mounting end of the blade, and three pre-attached fasteners upwardly projecting from the outer end of a blade arm. One of the fasteners is springably bendable with inwardly extending clip edge, another fastener that forms an upright post, and a third fastener having a top end with an outwardly extending lip edge. Another embodiment can include four slots per blade and four pre-attached upwardly protruding fasteners per blade arm. A novel method of installing each blade can include angling the blade to the mounting ends of the blade arm so that the outwardly extending lip edge catches on the third slot in from the mounting end of the blade.

  • Patent number: 9103104
Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods of using 70 CFM ventilation fans with heaters for bathrooms having depressibly engageable and depressibly releaseable light covers. The novel ventilation fans and heaters can be mounted to structure in ceilings and inside walls with telescoping suspension brackets that are affixed directly to separate sides of the housing to support the housing against joists and structural supports behind the ceiling. Adjustable louvers on the grill cover allow for outgoing heated air to travel in a different direction into a space from the incoming air travelling into the housing. Plastic type housings around blower wheels reduce undesirable noise effects. The light covers can be easily opened and closed by using depressible engageable fasteners, and depressible release fasteners.

  • Patent number: 8632234
Abstract: Pathway and landscape lights, in particular to devices, apparatus, systems and methods of using ground directed pathway and landscape lights with a single or perimeter spaced apart LED (light emitting diode) light sources on a disc mount, with or without an optical fiber arranged in a ring pattern about a perimeter edge of the mount. A light shade lens can have an upper end attached to the lower face of the disc mount, and a bottom end attached to a ground engaging post, so the light emitted from the mount is directed in a 360 degree outwardly expanding direction expanding outward on the ground surface where the ground engaging post is in the center of the 360 degree expanding illumination. A low voltage power source can be used. Alternatively, the light can be solar powered. The light forms uniform light beam emissions without shadow spots effects.
