Abstract: An early warning method for safety production risk of tailings pond based on risk ranking is provided. The early warning method includes: monitoring and collecting internal basic data of a tailings pond in real-time, and performing a basic monitoring and a basic early warning; collecting geographical location data, meteorological data, and historical geological disaster data of an area where the tailings pond is located; performing risk ranking on a safety production risk of the tailings pond, thereby obtaining a risk level of the tailings pond; and collecting case data of global tailings pond accidents and hazard degree data thereof, acquiring accident solution strategies for the global tailings pond accidents, performing management and monitoring on the tailings pond, setting parameters in a process of the basic monitoring, and performing a ranked early warning on the safety production risk of the tailings pond based on the risk level.

Abstract: A method for preparing an MOFs flame retardant modified by layer-by-layer self-assembly of an intumescent flame retardant is provided. The method mainly includes the steps of preparing MOFs, a positive electrolyte solution, and a negative electrolyte solution; dispersing the MOFs in the negative electrolyte solution; dispersing an obtained mixture in the positive electrolyte solution; obtaining a first double-molecule self-assembled layer on surfaces of the MOFs; and repeating the above operations for several times to obtain an MOFs flame retardant modified by intumescent self-assembled layers. The modified MOFs flame retardant of the present disclosure has excellent flame retardancy, flame retardant synergism, and dispersibility, and the defects of poor dispersibility and low flame retardant efficiency of MOFs flame retardants are overcome. A great application prospect is achieved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an automatic control type hot smoke testing system which includes a fire source system, a smoke generation system and a control system. The fire source system is used for generating fire source and includes a first tank and several liquid fuel atomizing jet burners, wherein the first tank includes an air tank which is used for providing air and a fuel control tank which is used for controlling valves, distributing fuel and inspecting flame of the burners. The smoke generation system is used for generating smoke and includes a second tank, a smoke outlet pipe, smoke cake clamps and smoke cake turntables. Smoke cakes are initially placed in the smoke cake clamps, then moved to an ignition position one by one by for ignition, and finally rotated to through hole positions of a smoke generation box to fall into the smoke generation box by the servo motor. The control system is used for controlling the fire source system and the smoking generation system.
